Staying in such hotels, you should not expect super service.
There are other criteria for the service.
A snap-in; adequate and fast enough (accorplus works).
The room; the bed and plumbing are clean. Yes, the rooms are small.
Breakfast; modest, salad, scrambled eggs and coffee. It is ok.
I recommend choosing a hotel near the airport (if you are staying for a short time) than to go to the center and back!

I stayed one night due to flight cancellation. The airline organized it. There are no hygiene kits (toothbrush, toothpaste) in the room Finding a restaurant in a hotel is another quest. The staff is friendly. We helped with any questions that arose.
There was no tea or coffee in the restaurant either.

A pleasant hotel, competent specialists at the reception, speak Russian and English, which is convenient. The room is clean and quiet. The air conditioners are working.
