The hotel is conveniently located two minutes from the train station and a few minutes from the bus station and the old town. Nearby there are shopping malls, two huge supermarkets: Rimi Hyper and Stockmann. The check-in was pleasant, the receptionists were very friendly, as were all the hotel staff I encountered later.
Unfortunately, the number (528) was extremely disappointing. There was no refrigerator or kettle in the room, which is quite common in other hotels of this brand. It was cold, and even after setting the battery to maximum, it did not warm up the room. I'm very good at technology, but I couldn't turn on the air conditioner for heating. The hotel probably has problems with the technical staff, as what is broken is not being repaired. The walls in the toilet are scuffed, and where they tried to paint over the peeling places, they did it with paint of a completely different tone, which looks ugly. The toilet paper holder is broken, so that the roll of paper fell to the floor. The door also needs to be repaired.
There was long hair on the floor, and the rooms were cleaned every few days.
After a walk on September 26, I returned to the hotel at about 9 p.m., there was an empty bottle of Coca-Cola in the elevator. So, the next morning, when I left the hotel, the bottle was still in the elevator (photo taken at 08:18 on September 27), incredible!
The breakfast for a hotel of this level is decent: a good choice, everything is quite tasty.
The Wi-Fi was stable.
A cozy hotel in the center of Riga. There are railway and bus stations nearby. With a suitcase, however, it's a little far to the bus station. There are parks and old Riga nearby. The rooms are clean. A good breakfast. Friendly staff.
A good hotel, located next to the railway and bus station in Riga. Next to the Origo shopping center, clean, with good breakfasts, very friendly staff, very popular, and the location, and the rooms and the ratio of price and quality.
The advantages are the location, a 20-minute leisurely walk to the old town. Near the railway station, with supermarkets.
Russian Russian is spoken by the polite and friendly staff (in Latvia, as it turned out, almost everyone speaks Russian). The airport bus stops a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast is excellent- buffet. Overall, we were satisfied.
Cons-noisy air conditioning in the room, works like a vacuum cleaner. The hotel is made in the form of a well, there is a summer cafe at the bottom. The audibility is such that you can listen without straining to what people are talking about among themselves (our room was on the 6th floor). If you close the window, you can't hear at all, but conday... Therefore, either the noise from the cafe, or listening to the conversations of cafe visitors, which is quite annoying.
Nice hotel in the city center. Old Riga is a 10-minute walk away. The hotel itself is clean, the staff is friendly, listens to your request and will do what you need. The hotel also has an excellent location. There is one caveat: the hotel vibrates like an earthquake, I do not know what is the reason

Nice, clean hotel in the city center, not far from old Riga. The train station is a 5-minute walk away
The room is good. But there were no bathrobes, few towels, bed linen and towels had an unpleasant smell. The cleaning is good and the breakfasts are perfect.

Everything is fine, from reception to breakfast. The only thing was that sometimes the wi-fi was turned off.
