The hotel is conveniently located two minutes from the train station and a few minutes from the bus station and the old town. Nearby there are shopping malls, two huge supermarkets: Rimi Hyper and Stockmann. The check-in was pleasant, the receptionists were very friendly, as were all the hotel staff I encountered later.
Unfortunately, the number (528) was extremely disappointing. There was no refrigerator or kettle in the room, which is quite common in other hotels of this brand. It was cold, and even after setting the battery to maximum, it did not warm up the room. I'm very good at technology, but I couldn't turn on the air conditioner for heating. The hotel probably has problems with the technical staff, as what is broken is not being repaired. The walls in the toilet are scuffed, and where they tried to paint over the peeling places, they did it with paint of a completely different tone, which looks ugly. The toilet paper holder is broken, so that the roll of paper fell to the floor. The door also needs to be repaired.
There was long hair on the floor, and the rooms were cleaned every few days.
After a walk on September 26, I returned to the hotel at about 9 p.m., there was an empty bottle of Coca-Cola in the elevator. So, the next morning, when I left the hotel, the bottle was still in the elevator (photo taken at 08:18 on September 27), incredible!
The breakfast for a hotel of this level is decent: a good choice, everything is quite tasty.
The Wi-Fi was stable.
Guys, we stopped here briefly in the middle of March 2025. The hotel is conveniently located near the center and the main attractions. Polite staff. Not a bad breakfast. The impression of a dead fly on the window is slightly spoiled.
In general, we recommend it!
Although, of course, it's up to you to decide...
A cozy hotel in the center of Riga. There are railway and bus stations nearby. With a suitcase, however, it's a little far to the bus station. There are parks and old Riga nearby. The rooms are clean. A good breakfast. Friendly staff.
