The hotel has two undoubted advantages: location and food. Located next to the World Trade Centre. There is a business district with beautiful streets and restaurants around the hotel, and the metro is 5 minutes away. The breakfasts are excellent: omelets, porridges, salads, several side dishes, sausages, bacon, pastries and more. We had half board, so lunches and dinners are generally a dump, very tasty: some incredible salads, national dishes of lamb or chicken, vegetables, side dishes, very tasty cakes and so on.
The rooms are small, everything is compact, but clean. The service is sometimes lame: we had a broken air conditioner, threshed without interruption, but no one came to fix it. They usually forget to leave the water and you have to go and ask for bottles yourself. On the other hand, they tried to help us with all our requests at once: they forgot the toothbrush - they brought a set; there is only one European outlet in the room, the rest are Chinese, so at our request they immediately brought adapters. But we only went to the hotel to sleep and wash, so we liked everything.
There are several free transfers at the hotel: to Kite Beach and back. The beach is wide, clean, clear water, few people. In the evening there are transfers to the malls. On the ground floor there is a shop with everyday little things. There is a self-service laundry on the second floor, but I didn't get around to it, I don't know the prices.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of October 2024.It is located in a beautiful place. Across the street is the Museum of the Future. The metro is also nearby. The food is delicious. We took breakfast and dinner. They clean up cleanly. Towels and bed linen are changed every day. Sometimes they forget to bring water. This issue is quickly resolved at the reception. I would like to mention Administrator Mahmoud. He is Russian-speaking. Whenever you contact him, he resolves all issues quickly. Always friendly, with a smile. Thank you very much to him. On the downside, there is nowhere to dry swimsuits. Since there is no towel rail, there is no balcony either. The windows don't open. I highly recommend this hotel. I want to go back there again. We took a package tour to this hotel on a travelat. The rating was higher than everyone else's and the price was good. We had breakfasts and dinners. I was very surprised by the quality and assortment of products, everything was very tasty and fresh, the food was replenished. Apparently, the UAE is really watching this. The food was also excellent for dinner. The rooms are not large, standard as in all ibises. Of course, it's a little cramped together. And the minus is that the windows do not open, but only the air conditioner works because of this, there was a smell of dampness in the room, as I just did not try to adjust the air conditioner. It is important for me that there is fresh air from the street for this minus.
Well, the transfer to the sea ... you need to add flights, because the hotel is full and one flight is not enough, because you can only sit down to go.
That's why we used a taxi (Yandex) to the beach. Of course, it turns out to be expensive 70 dirhams in one direction.
And I recommend the hotel despite the disadvantages. For some, they will be insignificant.

An ideal hotel in the price/quality ratio. The case when reality exceeded all expectations. Very tasty food, polite staff. They respond to requests with lightning speed. Room cleaning every day - you can refuse cleaning, the water is changed. The room has a small kettle, two mugs, a hairdryer, a TV (never turned on). The air conditioner even had to be turned off, it was cold. It works even when you leave for the whole day. Everything is clean. They always helped at the reception. There are buses to the sea and shopping, and you can go to the swimming pool at the nearby Novotel hotel.But I wasn't there. In general, I was satisfied with the choice.

The time of the transfer to the beach and malls was written at the reception, but we did not try to get to it, we took a taxi. They took breakfasts and dinners, changed them when they needed to, and came for lunch. Breakfast is the same every day from 6.30 to 10, buffet, dishes did not change, by the end of the week they were already boring, but the choice is large, you will not stay hungry. For lunch, a choice of menu, salad or soup, second and dessert, tea, coffee, juice, water from 11 to 15. For dinner, buffet, from 19 to 10.30.
I read reviews that I needed to ask for an iron and dragged a steamer with me, as a result, both the iron and the ironing board were in the room, as well as a hair dryer, a bottle of water was brought every day, even if they forgot - in the evening, after returning from a walk, the water was on the table. Cleaning the room every day, changing towels, etc. Tea is also brought to the room, there is no coffee.
Cons: the rooms are small, but they are decent to spend the night in. Windows do not open and there is no dryer, so clothes dry where they have to for several days.. there is nothing else except hand and body soap, shampoo, etc. take with you.
Otherwise, for us personally, the pros outweigh the cons. The hotel is decent, it fully justifies its 3*

A really decent hotel for your money (it's not me who pays, but the company, but I have an idea). Compared to the three-star ibis in Cardiff (Wales), heaven and earth. There are minor flaws (last time we changed the refrigerator, this time one of the modes, sorry, the toilet, is clucking) but otherwise everything is neat and not killed. Breakfasts are approx. The Latin bar changed to Irish, which is both a plus (I love this genre) and a minus (there were discos with salsa, bachata, I went dancing). Russian russians are having some kind of month of helpfulness, promotions with free treats in the lobby and increased attention to Russian guests (! - hired a pack of Russian-speaking employees). Thanks to the bellhop (is that right?) To Mahmoud for his care and to the Russian-speaking girl of the bar hostess for cordial communication (I did not ask her name).

The transfer to the beach runs late and starts at 10 a.m., i.e. in the hottest weather. I would like to transfer more often in the morning, and in the evening I would also like to add a transfer to the beach.
Breakfasts are repeated every day, by the end of the vacation they get tired, but it's acceptable, there was enough of everything and there was literally everything from the products.
We took dinners and it was the best decision. First of all, you don't bother to find a cafe, every dinner has a different menu and the food is delicious! Appetizer or soup, main course, dessert and juice. Who doubts to take or not to take dinners — take them, I liked it.
The pool in the Novotel, the hotel next door, they give towels, rested by the pool a couple of times, comfortable sun beds, everything is good.
They were allowed to stay in the room until 14:00, right before check-out, without additional payment. The staff is friendly.

Convenient location - near metro station, restaurants, cafes. Within walking distance of inexpensive shops.
The staff at the reception is friendly, they come to meet you. We were settled in a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa at the first request. The cleaners clean up well, but then they forget to put water on, then they forget to bring towels, but after a call to the reception, everything is solved within 10 minutes. By the way, there is no Russian-speaking staff, so install Yandex Translator.
The food is a buffet breakfast, the choice is good (they have awesome coffee), lunch and dinner on the menu, but the food is restaurant, Japanese cuisine. There are also no complaints about food, we were completely satisfied.
There is a shuttle service to Dubai Mall, outlet Mall and to the beach. But sometimes a full bus would get to the beach at our check-in and people had to take a taxi (standing passengers are not carried).
Near the Dubai frame and by metro and taxi it is not far to go to Burj Khalifa.
