The hotel is located within walking distance of London's main attractions and 3 metro stations. Very comfortable room with excellent sound insulation and sufficient light. There is a bar-refrigerator, a safe, a corner armchair with a small console, a TV panel, and a comfortable long table for work under it. Breakfast is a buffet with a large selection of dishes. The hotel has a swimming pool. To use it, you need to contact the reception, fill out a special form and get the key. There is a hotel help group in Whatsapp that is in touch 24 hours a day. I forgot the power adapter and at 7 a.m. I wrote to the group asking for an adapter. I received an answer around noon: it was proposed to deposit 10 pounds. Adapters are provided free of charge in other hotels. Due to non-working Russian cards, the deposit upon check-in was made from a bank card by a third party. I didn't have this card when I left the hotel. The hotel refused to refund my deposit in cash. And I still haven't returned it to the cardholder either.
Not a bad hotel near the center of London. The rooms are small, as well as in most London hotels. There was not enough refrigerator and safe in the room. Poor sound insulation of the bathroom.
The buffet breakfast is good enough
The hotel is in the process of changing its brand
Not a bad hotel, like all Ibises in general. I remember that at first they put 1 towel per person. We were a band. The food is good, it's not very close to the center, but the metro is nearby.
