I lived for 5 days, I liked everything. The reception is friendly. The room was cleaned. Payment with the Mir card was available.
I was part of a group, the lunches and dinners were just excellent. We took into account all the wishes, it was very pleasant.
Of the cons: there is no sound insulation in room 8010. I could hear everything that was happening in the next room.
One of the advantages: a very friendly and involved employee with the name "White Camel" translated from Kazakh. A very sincere woman, she was with us all days except 11.02. I immediately felt the "difference" in service after she went on vacation.

A delicious dinner. Delicious breakfast. There is a sufficient choice of dishes. Faster service. It is not necessary to walk far (we stayed at the hotel). They accept the World from VTB.
