A normal hotel. Everything is expensive in this city. So it's quite normal for this money. Others are more expensive and not necessarily better.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, cozy, clean room, which has everything you need. Very tasty breakfasts, a rooftop pool. At the reception, you can take an umbrella in case of rain.

The location is good. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, and two metro stations are a 10-minute walk away. Small but comfortable rooms, there is everything you need. The breakfasts are good. There is a rooftop pool. The price is adequate.
