Excellent location, close to the metro.
It is warm, cozy, and has everything you need.
The staff is polite and helpful.
The price corresponds to the quality.
I recommend
The room for three is extremely cramped. The doors to the toilet and shower are not locked. The room was cleaned in our absence, despite the "do not disturb" sign.
The corridors and the entrance area are beautifully decorated.
A good hotel for your money, as for Paris, not far from the metro, parking was just difficult to figure out, inconvenient departure, it's better to ask in advance
A good hotel near the metro, spacious rooms, but only with parking so-so, the entrance is in dark corridors, it is difficult to find a button to open the gate at the exit
Clean in the room is the only plus.
The rest of the cons: the lock on the door did not work. That is, it was impossible to leave things and leave, and, of course, close for the night. They refused to move to another room. There are also no locks on the shower and toilet. And they themselves are modular, completely plastic, which is still squalor.
There are a lot of cars in front of the hotel where migrants live. Accordingly, the smell of feces and a lot of garbage. I do not recommend leaving the car overnight. And the nearest paid parking is a half-hour walk through the migrant ghetto.
In general, a hotel can be recommended as an extreme option.
A quiet area. Relatively close to the metro. Clean rooms and an average level of service for a small amount of money, by the standards of Paris. Their negative side is that the rooms are very minimalistic.
