A budget hotel in the full sense of the word.
The room is clean, there is a bed and a shower. We booked with breakfast: you can drink coffee with a croissant, there is yogurt, soft cheese, jam, cereals. Everything.
There is a shopping center nearby, which has a Subway, Kebab, Pizzeria.
The metro stations are 800-1000 meters away on foot. There are many different bus routes. I used the Bonjour RATP app to get around.
We were in Paris in October. It's pretty cool. Therefore, I would like either to have at least a kettle in the room to drink tea or coffee and keep warm, or a water heater with drinking water on the floor. The hotel is located far away, 6 km from the center of Paris, so on Saturday and Sunday evenings after excursions there is simply no opportunity to eat, because everything is elementary closed, even the bar in the hotel, where you could drink tea or coffee. If you do not approach the hotel from the front entrance, then the smell is simply disgusting.
