Excellent hotel in a good area, clean, quite cozy room, friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioner works well, Wi-Fi is available, there were no problems with the Internet. Breakfast was included in the price and we did not regret it - a good assortment of buffet dishes (traditional gatyk, cottage cheese, omelet, porridge, interesting pastries, vegetables and fruits). There were Indians, Arabs, Turks, Belarusians and Kazakhs in the neighbors, they treated each other with respect! We also used the laundry service - everything was washed and ironed in the best possible way during the first half of the day. The metro is within walking distance, near the metro there is a VTB ATM that allows you to withdraw manats from the Mir card (Visa
of Russian banks is not readable).
A good hotel, we lived for the first time. Geographically, there is a metro station, very close, supermarkets and a street market. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the center by metro (3 metro stations). The hotel itself: friendly staff, our room was small but clean. There is not enough kettle in the room for living, but there is a cooler in the hallway. There are rooms with Windows to the inner "courtyard", not to the street. The elevator is only for passes. The choice for breakfast is small, but delicious. Pastries, eggs in different formats, fruits (in June there were strawberries, apricots, apples, bananas, etc.), cheese of 3 types. Sausage, etc. I recommend. What is especially pleasant, for breakfast, the staff always looks after the cleanliness of the tables, it is always clean, they can help bring something if you ask. Towels are changed every day, garbage is taken out. Hair dryer in the room, iron on several floors.
I liked everything! The room is small but cozy, with a sea view (518). The staff is very attentive, responsive, everyone speaks Russian. The breakfasts are delicious, a little monotonous, but every day there was something new. I love Krkasans and Viennese Waffles very much, so I ate them every day. Delicious omelets, different every day, and there were very tasty eggplant and potatoes!! And a carrot cake, airy, with a hint of cinnamon. I really liked him. When you need to leave at 12, we were offered to extend it for free to 14 hours. It was very pleasant, especially since it was +30 outside and the plane was several hours away. The Hatai metro is a couple of houses away, convenient, fast and cheap. Not far from the embankment is the white city park and the embankment. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. It's always clean. The renovation is fresh. The interior is stylish. Many wrote that it was not convenient that there was water in the cooler in the corridor, but it did not bother us. We just went with a 1.5 liter bottle, so as not to run around often with their small jug. The only small disadvantage is that the fruits were not tasty and some vegetables, peaches, plums, strawberries, watermelon, melon, everything is beautiful, but not tasty. But we bought fruits and vegetables in the store and at the market, they were tastier, but also not wow! And in a cafe near the hotel they found where they sell sliced beautiful, delicious and sweet watermelons!
Positive:
-Cool interior design,
-delicious and varied breakfasts,
-the location seemed to me far from the historical center, on the other side of the metro is a 3-minute walk and a cheap taxi, go wherever you want))
Minuses:
-The cleaning is weak, they leave dust,
-once they forgot to put towels,
- the TV worked with glitches, I had to reboot the set-top box every time.
We stayed at the Ibis hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is lovely. Not far from the metro. The traffic on the street is not very intense, so it is quite quiet. The rooms have everything - TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, cooler on the floor. However, there is only one channel in Russian. Buffet breakfasts, a chic assortment:fruits, vegetables, pastries, milk. I recommend the hotel.
We stayed at the hotel in early May 2024 for several days as part of a large group (45 people), neat, presentable, well-speaking Russian and English young people at the reception, quickly settled in, solved minor household problems.
The room is clean, smells good, fresh, plumbing is in good order, linen was changed every day.
The restaurant has delicious, hot dishes, polite and beautiful waiters with unobtrusive service (I want to mention Seymour)
But I would like to say a separate word of gratitude to security-Ramil for his responsiveness and help on our journey through Baku!
Azerbaijan is hospitable, I want to return! 👍
The hotel needs to add stars, something is not enough for such a cozy place 🎪
Great hotel. There is everything that should be in a chain hotel and even a little more. One of the additions is an interesting ATM exchanger. The ATM accepts dollars or euros and issues local currency at a very good exchange rate. But if the exchange turns out to be with a trifle not a multiple of 1 mantoux (for example, 50 gapiks), he keeps it for himself. Such a variable commission, which is, or not, depending on which course and how much to change.
The hotel fully met the expectations. Everything is clean, cleaning every day. Good breakfasts. The location is convenient, close to the metro, and 15 minutes walk to the center. The staff is polite, Russian-speaking. I recommend it!
A good hotel, for its level.
We really liked the location, there is a bus and metro stop nearby. The rooms are not large, but they have everything you need. The staff performs their duties very well, they will help with any request. There is free parking on the 1st floor. There is an ATM with currency exchange in the Lobby, which is very convenient. There are quite a few cafes within walking distance to have a snack or a hearty meal.
Of the cons: there was an unpleasant smell in the room on the day of arrival, but then it disappeared. There was also an emergency staircase behind the wall, which many people use very often, and slam doors. I did not like that the windows in the room did not open, and when asked to give the key to the lock on the window, they replied that it was not allowed.
In general, everything was fine with us, I can recommend this hotel!
Cool guest house! The interior is great. The location allows you to quickly find yourself in the center of Baku. Good, healthy breakfasts. A great place to relax after walking tours of the city.
I stayed here for 10 days during my business trip. In the period from 07/27/2024 to 08/9/224. $ 100 was missing from my room, my colleague had 50 manats. We lived in different rooms. I agree that it is my fault that I did not put my wallet in the safe, but I could not imagine that money could disappear from a suitcase in a world-famous hotel. The amount was taken unnoticed, there was much more in the wallet based on the calculation that you can not pay attention. The most frustrating thing was that the hotel manager did not resolve this issue in any way. The only thing they did was look at the cameras, they said that my colleague and I had the same maid, but she definitely couldn't take everything. There were no apologies, no attempts to make amends for the incident. It's very sad. Be vigilant!!!
Very good three-piece close to the metro. The rooms are modern, freshly renovated, comfortable beds, lots of different lighting, central air conditioning, kettle and tea in the room, quiet, water cooler on the floor. There is underground and surface Parking, grocery stores nearby, many restaurants. Avis car rental is in the same building, the prices are normal.
There are small drawbacks: there is no closed closet, only open hangers, the bathroom is in black - it absorbs light too much, expensive and tasteless coffee in the bar.
A nice, cozy hotel on the island. The rooms are small, but most importantly clean. The only disadvantage for me is that the windows don't open, I just wanted fresh air. The food is modest, but it's not a buffet in Turkey either))) Everything is within walking distance. A couple of km away (we walked) to the sea, but unfortunately it is impossible to swim there, the Old Town with its sights. In general, a hotel is quite suitable for living, especially if the show-offs are not important)))))
One of the most comfortable, clean and attractive hotels I have ever stayed in anywhere. Very friendly, friendly staff - as the face of the hospitality of Azerbaijan.
We lived for 8 days. The breakfasts are European, nothing national, full-fledged, but the same thing every day. Otherwise.... The hostel is ordinary, we even met better: on a high-rise mattress, a thin mattress made of ordinary foam rubber is a so-so pleasure, they have never been vacuumed, trash cans without bags and of course they were not disinfected every day, although they were emptied, there are no one-time hygiene products, towels were changed every day, linen was never changed, there are no bathrobes, spoons There aren't even any milking shoes. The sadness... And the cherry on the cake was bitten by some laundry ticks. Brrr....
The 3* hotel. The cleaning is disgusting, the carpet was dirty on the day of arrival, and it remained dirty before departure. The windows don't open. Breakfast is not bad, but there is a chance not to have time to grab something if you come after 9.00. Completely reluctantly. There is a problem with the devices. If the fork was taken away, then you can't wait for a new one. For some reason, they put 1 bottle of water in the room for two people. It's a long way from the center. You can walk to the old town, but it takes more than an hour to walk. It's not easy enough in the heat. You can also walk to the bazaar.
The Bravo grocery store is not far from the hotel.
The Internet was practically not working either in the lobby or in the room. And this is a huge disadvantage.
Next time we will choose a hotel closer to the center.
The hotel chain does not need advertising, the room is good, freshly renovated, excellent breakfasts, the only thing that upset me was that the room was not completely clean when checking in.
The question is more about the cleaning and the hotel manager, look at hotels in other countries and you will see the difference.
I wish that this review will be reviewed and will not be ignored.
Good luck!
Nice, clean hotel near the metro. There is a currency exchange terminal and a cafe. The staff is very helpful, always ready to help in everything. We were hit by strong winds, although the sea is not very close. A kettle is available on request. I recommend this hotel.
Price/quality. Clean, comfortable, modern.
A reliable and budget option.
The place is not in the center, but 20-25 minutes on foot and you are in the event zone. Taxis are not expensive, so getting anywhere is not a problem.
I spent my vacation in Baku and stayed in this hotel for a week. I took a regular room without breakfast with a view of the street. A clean, fresh hotel. Questions for beds, because they are very narrow and for staff who take a long time to respond to urgent questions.
For 4* the hotel is lovely. Polite and competent staff, comfortable room with modern renovation, delicious breakfasts. In my opinion, it is better than in Turkish hotels of the same level. The food is very similar to homemade, the range is wide. The metro station is nearby. I didn't notice any flaws.
The rooms are small, cozy, and the buffet is better than many others. An interesting layout of 4-7 floors, although it is not visible from the outside. The metro is nearby.
A decent hotel for your money. Very helpful staff. A good buffet. The rooms are clean and cozy. There were no slippers, and a gigantic set. Otherwise, there is clean water in the glass in the room, a kettle, tea, there is also water in the cooler in the corridor. I liked the service. Well done guys. As they say, çok teşekürler!
I really like the Accor hotel chain. For a long time, if I go to an unfamiliar place, and there is an Ibis, or another hotel of the chain, I am always sure that I will stay there and get a predictable level of quality, cleanliness and order in advance. The hotel in Baku was no exception. Everything is clean, neat, polite. For breakfast, one question: the absence of the usual scramble omelet. Very strange, but, apparently, the features of the location :))
I agree with those who say that there are many beautiful authentic hotels in Baku and other cities with a history, perhaps even the best at a comparable price. But when there is no time to study deeply, search and understand, there is a great risk of spoiling the impression of your stay. With IBIS hotels, I reduce this risk to zero for myself.
Have a nice trip to everyone!
A chain hotel that we were satisfied with. Located near the metro, 5 minutes and you are in the city center. We had a small budget room, but that's enough for a week's stay. I liked the breakfast, you can order hot dishes, there is always a choice of vegetables, fruits, everything is fresh, good coffee. The hotel has a convenient ATM for currency exchange, no need to go to the bank. The service is excellent, the staff at the reception are customer-oriented, polite and always helped with any questions that arise. A decent option for living.
A great hotel with a good location and very good-natured staff. The style of the entire hotel resembles Art Design. Almost everything is done in a modern way, lovers of something prehistoric will most likely not like it. Good breakfasts and a bar. When I checked in, I heard gratitude for a pleasant stay of the person leaving. Of the minuses, it is worth noting the high cost, but here I think it depends more on the budget of the resident.
In order to comfortably spend the night, everything is there. The room is small, cozy, shelves, TV, shower, toilet, hairdryer, cooler, breakfast is a great option for those who run around the city all day on their feet, enjoy the views, cuisine, drinks, visit museums, exhibitions and concerts, sleep in a comfortable bed at night and gain strength for new trips
Clean, cozy, everything you need to relax is there, there are very narrow single beds in economy class rooms. Perhaps this is the only negative. The breakfasts are decent enough, although without much variety.
He lived at the end of March. The air conditioning in the hotel is not working at this time of the year. The rooms are hot. Inexpensive rooms have one unpleasant feature. The Windows in them do not face the street, but into the corridor. Therefore, in the absence of air conditioning, you are forced to open the window and hear everything that happens in the corridors of the hotel.
I can add to the disadvantages not the best location of the hotel.
Otherwise, a typical Ibis. The staff is helpful, the breakfasts are good, the room cleaning is of high quality.
Nice clean tidy hotel near the city center. Attentive and friendly staff. The prices are adequate. Loyalty program. There is a room service. Special thanks to Manager Dima. He found a kettle for me at night and recharged my phone.

Excellent hotel, convenient location - 5-7 minutes to the metro on foot. Fresh rooms, interesting design. The rooms have everything you need. A delicious breakfast buffet.
for a budget option, it's great, even with a window inside. service, room, cleanliness - everything is OK. near the metro, coffee shops, lobby on the ground floor
Great hotel. The only negative is that there is nowhere to dry the washed linen in the room and there is no room service! But it's not that important. Excellent breakfast
Good fresh renovation, clean, air conditioning system is very convenient, good location, near the metro. Breakfasts are expensive, and it was possible to add a shoe spoon, sponge and other small things for free)
Everything was wonderful: responsive staff, comfortable room, cozy, everything works, comfortable mattress and pillow. There is no shoe spatula. It was inconvenient that the water jug was very small: I got thirsty at night and had to go to the cooler to the elevator. The breakfasts in the restaurant are average, as usual in a 3-star hotel.
The hotel is not the worst. I would rather recommend it than not. But only if you know how to defend yourself. It affects the fact that the international network - there are standards. And it saves. Russian Russian is excellent (as in all hotels of the grid), the staff is pleasant, they speak Russian at the reception, the maids do not speak Russian well (they understand English a little). But there are disadvantages. The main one is that they constantly want to make money on you both in their pocket and in the pocket of the hotel. Initially, the amount for accommodation is one, in fact another. If you need a bathrobe and slippers, you need to ask to bring them (although in the rooms starting from the standard they should be by default). They offer to pay extra for free and standard things, for example, for a sewing kit - you start arguing, they give it for free. The cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. Of course, everything is not just sad, but it remains to dream about the perfect cleaning after which there is no dust, etc. Towels can also not be changed - just your dirty ones will be beautifully folded and hung. But! If you start talking specifically about what needs to be done (for example, be sure to change towels) - they do. They say that other hotels are even worse.... There is nothing to answer here. You can stop, but remember that you are alone at home - defend your interests. In this case, the accommodation will be more than normal.
A kind of hotel. Some rooms frankly smell of mothballs. Clear. There are no shower caps and most of the necessary accessories in the bathroom. They are not at the reception either. The coffee in the lobby is tasteless. I preferred not to have breakfast at the hotel. The staff speaks Russian, but everything is slow and unhurried. I remember the idiotic elevator that worked in the morning after attaching the number card, and in the afternoon - just like that.
Excellent hotel, as always: clean room, wonderful mattress, friendly staff, there is a Russian-speaking, convenient location, near the metro. I recommend you to stay.
I lived in the hotel for a month. The breakfast menu has never changed. Cleaning of average quality. Face towels and foot mats are the same, so when wiping your face you constantly think that yesterday someone stamped on this towel with their feet. There are no cleaners in the hotel during the day with fire. During my arrival, sports teams were accommodated in the hotel, it was very noisy, while the administration did not react in any way to the violation of the regime
This hotel needs to be put not 3*, but 33! Insanely stylish hotel, functional rooms, a beautiful restaurant and delicious breakfasts - the choice is small, but the food is excellent 👍🏼 it's a long walk from the center, it takes 8 minutes by car. The cost of a taxi in the bolt app is about one and a half manats. There is a metro station nearby.
The hotel is highly recommended, really great
The hotel is located within walking distance to the metro.Wonderful delicious breakfasts.Modern rooms, friendly staff.
