As an economy hotel, it is quite good, clean, cleaned every day. Good staff, helpful. Breakfast - you can order an omelet, choose from several salads, bread, croissants, juices. There's not much variety, but it's delicious. Good transformer conference rooms, delicious coffee breaks. The rooms have a minus - windows don't open everywhere, ask for windows that open, as they heat up decently in winter. Don't freeze. There are no refrigerators. The rooms are small but comfortable. There are towels, water in coolers on the floor, and a jug and glasses in the room. A good economy option

It's a great hotel for visiting the US consulate - it's close, convenient, and the hotel conditions are very good. All the sights of Astana are relatively not far away (10-15 minutes by taxi). There are decent cafes and restaurants within walking distance, that is, there are no problems with food. The room (we had) is not big, one might even say small, but it is quite suitable to stay for 3-4 days.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time. In principle, I was very satisfied. The room was a modest standard, but it was comfortable/clean/everything worked. There was a minus point for the fact that the windows in the room are deaf, fresh air is possible only if you turn on the air conditioner, but you understand that this is not the case. There was no refrigerator in the room, and there was water in the cooler on the floor. In my opinion, they can quite afford to put bottled water in the rooms. I stopped a year ago, on my way from Vietnam to Moscow. I liked the polite, helpful staff. There was a problem with the number, it was solved quickly, and another one was promptly provided! You can stop if it's not so important to you whether the windows open or not. It turned out that according to the standards of the network, the windows in the hotel do not open. Although in Vietnam there was a hotel of the same chain with opening windows.

It was very hot in the room, they tried to open the window, it was not fixed in the ventilation mode, it only opened completely. The hotel is located at the intersection of busy roads, it was impossible to sleep with the window open because of the noise and gas pollution. The room is small, although they took a premium, for some reason there were no small towels, only 2 large ones and 1 bathrobe.

Positive:

Cons:
- tired rooms (very)
- the climate system did not work in my room and the window did not open

- complete disappointment with the bar, half of the cocktails are missing because the ingredient has run out and the empty bottle is on the counter. The bartender seems to be making cocktails for the first time (it was with two different ones)

Very old renovation, creaky laminate flooring, no refrigerator, very small TVs without smart functions, no Alice speakers like in other hotels of the chain, dirty windows, ventilation does not work, windows do not open. A disgusting breakfast with no meat or fish at all. Just some sausages. The only thing is the pancakes are great.
Conclusion. Read reviews before booking. I hoped that it would be like in other ibises and was mistaken.

Of the cons, it's a little dark in the room, there is no tea, kettle and coffee (but probably this is standard for all three stars).

It is located within walking distance from the Hazaret Sultan Mosque (I strongly recommend to see it, it is amazing), the President Park, the Palace of Peace and Accord, the National Museum. The hotel accepts MIR cards, add 10% for conversion. In other places, it is better to have tenge. There are a couple of exchangers nearby. Who goes to the US Embassy, convenient location, walking in a straight line for 10 minutes. The hotel has a 24-hour bar where you can have a snack. The restaurant has a good buffet in the morning, not rich, but, in principle, the whole set is there. But! For lunch and especially for dinner, if you eat well and sit down, do not count on it. It's a real disaster. The kitchen is three-star and the main thing is a very poor menu. Yes, it's still okay! According to the menu, the waiter warns right away, this, this and this are not there, there is only this. And tea and sugar in bags, like in a railway carriage. For a restaurant, it generally sucks! It's even amazing, what's so difficult about it? Brew it in a kettle, put sugar on the table, no one steals it now.
Yandex taxi and Uber work without problems, prices, even taking into account conversion, are about the same as in Russia.

It is better to avoid it . Breakfast is meager. Scrambled eggs are not cooked, literally "the kitchen is not working today." All the staff are constantly "on their phones", hiding from the hotel guests. The furniture is torn, the tables are chipped, the tablecloths are dirty. The curtains in the rooms are torn.
The rooms are not cleaned every day/the towel has not been replaced/. I asked at the reception at 21:00 - do you clean every day?

That's where the advantages ended. We lived in a suite. The room itself is awkward, oval. We got into the cold and the air conditioner did not work.
For some reason, the staff decided that 1 person lives in the room and until they were reminded a couple of times, it was like that in an all-for-one room. The shower gels ran out, they also said about it, returned to the room, did not change anything / did not top up. I had to talk again. After one of the "clean-up", They left a Pillowcase in the room. In fact, the garbage was taken out of the bins, the bed was made and towels were changed. The table was not wiped, and the floor was not cleaned either. After one of the clean-ups, a battered tea bag appeared. The chairs are in a sad state. There are a lot of dead insects between the windows. Who even came up with windows that don't open, but bugs can get in there.. In general, the room does not look like a suite in any way. Yes, and we need to work with the staff

The rooms already need to update the showers and I would like to add an additional chair, there is also a lack of a refrigerator and a kettle. It's terrible, the repair was done 10 years ago, everything is falling apart. The room was constantly below 20C even with the heating constantly running, instead of bottles of drinking water, they offer a carafe with which you need to go pour water in the cooler in the corridor yourself.
The bathroom is terrible - there is a strange ventilation system that makes the bathroom the coldest place in the room.
There are a lot of sockets, but not near the bed, although there are tables.
The only advantage is a high-quality bed and bed linen, the rest is just terrible - while the price is not cheap - it is not worth the money, it is better to choose other hotels that are nearby

The hotel is rapidly getting tired and deteriorating. The drains in the shower and sink are clogged in most of the rooms. Air conditioners do not work in every room (it is +35 outside). Keys are mistakenly given out from already occupied rooms. TVs are not set up in almost all rooms (not the most important thing, but when you're alone on a business trip, sometimes you just want to turn on the music.
