The location of the hotel is fantastic. The whole old town, the main mosque, the market, the restaurants across the street!
The hotel is very beautiful!

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
We arrived early in the morning, at 7:40. We met wonderfully. They immediately put on bracelets: "Everything is already available to you, use all the services, bars and restaurants. The room will be ready at 11:20."
The room is spacious, with a fresh renovation (But the renovation was done by Jamshoots - there are a lot of minor flaws, such as unstopped masking tape). The room has a 55' flat-screen TV, 4 Russian-language channels.
A large wide beach with a soft entrance to the sea with lots of umbrellas.
At the entrance to the beach, you need to ask the employee: can you help with the sunbed? Immediately grabs your towel bag in his hands, runs ahead, offers places for rods to choose from in the shade or in the sun. There are always places!
The rods and mattresses are brought by themselves, and your towels are laid.
There are two bars on the beach, and waiters walk along the beach serving drinks and ice cream.
The animators on the beach are very active. Yoga, water aerobics, volleyball, dancing...
there are two restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One is almost on the beach, very convenient, and we had breakfast there.
I really liked the choice of dishes, the quality of the food, and the service in the restaurants.
There are always free places in restaurants, I counted 12 hot main course dishes for lunch.
Lots of pastries and fruits. There are even 10 sushi varieties.

On the day of departure, the Late checkout was unavailable. I had to vacate the room at 12.
But even here, the staff did everything so that we would not suffer. The things were taken to the storage room. The bracelets were not removed, and they gave me more towels for the beach. They provided a shower.
As a result, we went to lunch, went shopping, sunbathed, took a shower, had dinner and sat in the lobby bar for less than an hour, waiting for the transfer.
The overall impressions of the hotel and the staff are simply amazing.

It's a lovely hotel, and I'm very happy with my vacation. Great location, wonderful bay with very clear water and sandy beach. Such a beautiful territory, everything is so clean and well maintained, wonderful plants, beautiful flowers. There are a lot of interesting locations on the territory and a cool architectural solution of the hotel. It is very quiet and peaceful, the hotel is only for adults, which is very pleasing. Lovely rooms, daily cleaning, everything is clean and tidy. Two restaurants with breakfasts, lunches and dinners, one of them near the beach, is very convenient — you can go for a meal and return to the beach quickly enough. There is also a bar on the beach where you can get drinks and ice cream, as well as a delicious snack with pizza, burger, hot dog, etc. The waiters are all very attentive, they quickly clean up the restaurants and bring drinks. By the way, I was very pleased that there were no plastic cups, disposable tableware, napkins and other debris. The water in the room is also in glass bottles.
Special thanks to the animators, the guys are so wonderful and caring, positive, they help with any questions. Interesting events and entertainment every day, the guys invite everyone individually, communicate with the guests personally, there is no shouting and noise on the whole beach, as in other hotels, which is very nice, well done!

I really liked the hotel! Its main advantage is that it is 18+, i.e. it has a quiet and comfortable atmosphere for vacationers. In the evenings, there is an interesting entertainment program: first live music, then themed dancing in the arena. The program is different every day.
The territory of the hotel is small, well-maintained, everywhere greenery, flowers, palm trees. The lawns are being looked after, the garbage is being cleaned, very clean.
Upon arrival, we were checked in immediately, at about 10 a.m. and sent to a restaurant for breakfast.
The room (with partial sea view) is nice. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, the sea is perfectly visible. Since the entertainment program does not last until late, the music did not bother us to sleep. Cleaning every day.
The only thing the management needs to think over is a scheme for replacing beach towels. It's not very convenient that you have to catch employees to exchange them. The staff is very quick to respond to requests.
No disposable toothbrushes!
Food. There are 2 restaurants. We mostly stayed at the main restaurant, Kupole. Unfortunately, the breakfasts are the same every day. We enjoyed the lunches and dinners. The choice of dishes on them changed daily. Seafood was served almost every day. Fish every day. Several types of meat.
The choice of dishes is not big, but everything is very tasty!
There were always fresh fruits and vegetables.
Beach. Clean sand. You can always find an empty sunbed. The sea is clear, it was cool at the end of May. The entrance to the sea is smooth and sandy, and sometimes there are pebbles on the bottom. There is a waiter who delivers iced drinks to the sun beds.
There is also a bar on the beach where you can order a drink and chips. And a delicious pizza!
Staff. Many people understand and speak Russian. They always say hello, ask how are you and if everything is okay with us. The animation is unobtrusive, the girls are Russian-speaking, they inform about all the activities for the day and they dance beautifully!
I really liked the hotel because it is quiet and you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of work.
And the main thing is that the hotel is close to the airport, we drove for 15 minutes. We will definitely come back!!
And most importantly! WiFi is free, fast and catches all over the territory, even on the beach by the sea.

The beach has no reef, so there is a good sandy entrance and immediately there is a depth of 5 meters from the shore, the depth is already 1.6 meters. The hotel is located on the shore of a closed bay, so it is not very windy in winter. I really liked the food, which was varied from meat, mainly beef and to a lesser extent chicken, there was also lamb, fish and seafood delicacies. There were strawberries almost every day. The rooms are not very fresh, but they are clean and everything is working properly. According to the animation, there were games and activities on the beach, live music in the lobby bar in the evening and various performances in the amphitheater. After 22-00 there are various quizzes and entertainment in the bar. I recommend the hotel for people vacationing in couples and those who want to enjoy the silence.

We had a big party from January 5 to January 15, 2025.Positive:The hotel is compact, the territory is small, but well maintained.The food is good.They were afraid of local alcohol , but the rum and whiskey of local production turned out to be decent .I was very surprised by the smoothie: mango and strawberry, super.The beach is clean, there are always plenty of sun beds.The deck chairs and mattresses are excellent.The entrance to the sea is sandy and sloping, the water is clear.But the biggest plus in January is the almost windless bay.The air is +22-25.Water+22.I liked the entertainment: exercise, water aerobics, dancing.The team of guys tries their best, approaches every vacationer, talks, makes fun, does not let you get bored, well done. Minuses:the pool is not very clean, there is almost no room cleaning, you have to beg to wash the floor and change the towel.

We had a rest from February 6 to February 13, 2025. The impressions are the most wonderful. The hotel's excellent location in the bay, there is practically no wind, a sandy beach where different fish swim every day, and on the last day a stingray sailed to the shore.

We visited an Italian restaurant. They celebrated a birthday there. Everything is delicious, but without frills. Serving and serving aloft. They also ordered seafood pizza, and it was delicious.
About alcohol. The wine is red, white, pink, dry, normal. I didn't like the whiskey, my husband drank rum. The lobby bar serves decent cocktails. Draft beer is like our Zhiguli beer. And it's very similar to alcohol-free.

THE SEA and THE BEACH.
I'll start with the sea - you can swim in January, but only if you're lucky with the weather. We were lucky - the air is +24-25+ . There are few brave people swimming; at first the water seems very cold, but then you get used to it and you don't want to go out anymore.
The entrance is sandy, with a gradual depression.
Coral islands along with fish are near the buoys.
And if you want to see more, they take you by boat from the hotel in 10S, or you can walk to the Albatross Hotel, then to the private beach and there is a good reef behind it - a 20-minute walk.
There is a lot of garbage outside the hotels along the shore.
One of the big disadvantages for us is the accumulation of boats and submarines of various calibers near the beach: constant movement during the day and the peculiar smell of gasoline and fuel oil from boats. On the shores of other beaches, yesterday we saw a spill of fuel oil in the sea off the coast.

Although in the morning the guys from the animation team walk and talk with the guests, it's kind of clueless.

We had a rest in the second half of March 2025. The hotel is not bad, it is located in a bay with a good entrance to the sea and with a "BUT" on every topic!
We thought that the rest was completely gone, but the animation team saved the situation. Thanks to the girls, we were able to take our minds off all the cons. Literally made our vacation a good one. And the whole animation team is great! Always with a smile, friendly, considerate, humorous!
Number of rooms: the rooms are decent in size. BUT: the risk of getting a room that doesn't match your vacation expectations at all is 80%. The first floors are for the amateur, everyone walks by. There is no roof over the balconies on the upper floors, there is no way to hide from the sun if you want to relax in the afternoon... There is a BBQ area between the buildings where the evening shows take place, where the coals are laid in the morning after breakfast. And all day long, everything is in smoke. You can't feel the sea air. Rooms with a view of another hotel – the sounds of the air conditioning systems from another hotel resemble a runway. How to sleep there is unclear.
Zoning: there are many places that could function usefully for vacationers. There are bunkers on the beach, but two of them store mattresses for sun beds. And one day we were kicked out of there at 16:00. They didn't go there anymore. And you still need to look for a place on the beach.… Mattresses from sun beds begin to be collected from 16-00 right in front of vacationers. The pool is scanty, most of it is occupied by an island with an arch, and above the level there is a bar. That is, if the sea is cool, you can forget about swimming. But the territory between the other two buildings is occupied by an ARENA, which is used for a 45-minute show. During the day, this whole area is idle just like that!!! (no one rests in the open sun, especially when everything is still in smoke). There are hammocks along the boardwalk, but no one is lying on them (uncomfortable). There is a Piazza with tables on the way from the lobby to the restaurant, but no one has been seen there for 12 days. At the end of one of the buildings opposite the "promenade", there was a place to relax, where there were only a couple of mattresses, but there was no one there either. In the evening, there is live music playing by the pool, but there is such a small spot for this....AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA People are ready to dance and listen, but again there is not enough space! Only beautiful pictures are everywhere for photo shoots. As it is, it's stupid.
Beach towels are changed in the room at 17:00, but how is that? Either we and our towels aren't in the room yet, or we just don't want to be visited at this time. As a result, our janitor was caught.
There is no choice of food. Only the names of the dishes are beautiful, but in fact, everything is charred, remember about BBQ. Pasta is mixed with various additives and sauce to order, but you have to wait. You can, of course, find something, like fish fillets in sauce, but again - this is a quest!!! Waiters can be rude. You can't ask for water, and glasses aren't always put on tables to serve yourself.
The only advantage is breakfast and the availability of brunch on a short menu.

I'm resting now. I carefully selected a hotel to relax and reboot. And I was not mistaken. Taking care of tourists in every detail is shown by all the staff! Check-in at night, dinner was served in the room. I have never come across anywhere, in any country, that a guest called your room asking if everything was all right. There is a bookcase on the beach with books in different languages..the room cleaner realized that bottled water was needed when washing- please! An extra liter of water in the bathroom. Everything is clean in the room. The cleaning is normal. The food is excellent, the serving is like in the pestles of St. Petersburg and Moscow.. in general, there is nothing to complain about, and there is no need. 😅Have a great and successful vacation! I recommend the hotel. You won't regret it!

Everything here is designed to ensure that customers receive maximum comfort and positive emotions during the meeting. Everything has been thought out. Excellent chefs with amazing dishes and menus from different countries. I really liked the local and Mediterranean cuisine. Lots of vegetables and fruits. We had a rest from 29.12.24- 06.01.25. We came specially to celebrate the New Year, but we were very disappointed with the organization of the holiday. The celebration was not for the Hotel guests, but for the Hotel staff. Everyone was gathered under one tent. There are incredibly many people. Nothing is clear, alcohol is paid for, although they paid $ 100 for the party right away in the ticket, it was not clear where to take the food from their table, it was extremely inconvenient across the entire huge hall. The idea of gathering the entire hotel under one tent is not a good one. There's nothing more to say. We liked everything else. There was a good entertainment organization in the evening. I liked the hotel itself and the proximity of the beach within walking distance. I think if we hadn't found New Year's Eve at the Hotel, the review would have been without comment.

We had a vacation with our daughter in February 2025 . I haven't been to Egypt in 10 years and I don't plan to anymore. It happened by chance , my daughter had a short vacation . We chose this hotel because we were assured that during the windy season, it would be the warmest bay and it would be possible to swim in the sea. Plus, the hotel is for adults only . I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of service, cuisine, and friendly staff. Pleasant chamber atmosphere . The sea is clean, the beach is natural, sandy. I swam every day - the water in February is invigorating , but I like it that way . I highly recommend the spa. The rooms are not new, but they are clean, one disadvantage is that there are few outlets. We had a great rest!!!

We arrived at 7:00 a.m. They immediately put on bracelets and sent me to breakfast.At 9 : 00 , they offered us a room that we didn 't like . We waited 1.5 hours until a room was ready that matched our wishes.
We settled in at 10:30. The room was large, clean, and everything was working. Side sea view, terrace .The minibar was asked to be removed immediately. Water in glass bottles. The cleaning is completely satisfied.
The food is normal, everything is well prepared, for different tastes, you can always find something for yourself. Juices . Ice cream. Tea bags. Coffee doesn't taste good to me.(I liked the coffee at the reception bar).
In 9 days, there were crabs 2 times and shrimps 2 times. Fish is often pangasius (we don't eat it), pink salmon several times..Alcohol -wine, I liked the beer. Very good quality ice cream and juices (guava, tomato).
The contingent consists of 60% Europeans and the rest are Russia, Armenia, Moldova, and Ukraine.90% of the hotel's guests are over 50 years old. The service in restaurants and bars is normal. Drinks arrive relatively quickly. Only the waiters work from morning to evening and look tired. We visited a la carte restaurants. I liked Italian better. The sea bass fish is beyond praise.
In Egyptian, I recommend meat dishes (grilled chicken or meat (very large portion).I didn't like the fish.
The sea and the beach are great. This is why we chose this hotel and did not regret it. There was a strong wind for 2 days, but the sea was without waves.
My special thanks to the Shinas manager who works at the reception for his help in solving issues and helping with the purchase of flowers (my wife had an anniversary).
The only drawback of the hotel is that smoking is allowed throughout the hotel and there are no designated smoking areas.
In general, when coming to the Iberotel Palace hotel, you need to understand that this is an ordinary Egyptian hotel (not a premium class), which does not have many problems, as in most hotels in Egypt.
The hotel has good and delicious food, attentive staff, a small and compact territory (which is important for the elderly), a sandy beach and a calm, clear sea.

The hotel is really 5***** .
Special thanks for the food. Everything is indescribably delicious and varied. I rarely eat non-homemade food, but I liked absolutely everything here.
The staff is very polite and friendly. They help with everything, even if it's not part of the job.
The animators are doing well, trying their best to cheer up all the guests. Thanks to Nastya and Marina for their responsiveness. Don't get bored.
The hotel is clean, the territory is beautiful, the location is great, in the old town. Nearby there are shops, a market, a mosque, restaurants and more. I especially liked that the hotel is 16+, that is, it was quiet. In general, words cannot describe it, you must definitely visit there.

Excellent hotel 16+. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday - to eat delicious food, sleep off, listen to live music in the evening with a glass of wine…
The staff is attentive and responsive, while unobtrusive. The sea is clean, there are no corals, but swimming in the lagoon is a pleasure.
I recommend it 100%! I will definitely return there, although I usually prefer to choose new places, but in this case it's worth repeating :)

The room is not properly cleaned, the linen and towel do not change by default, unless you say, and then you say, they answer that they have changed, although in fact they do not change. The beach is sandy, but there are not enough sun beds, dirty and the water is dirty too. I don't know why they're singing odes to this hotel. And yes, there is a chief Youssef Mohammad at the reception, he behaves very brazenly with tourists, and he can immediately refuse his words, in general, I do not recommend this hotel, do not spoil your vacation.

The hotel is small but neat! The audience of 50+ shocked us at first, but then we found our advantages in this

The food is at the highest level, especially pleased with the outdoor grill, just a cannon!
The spa on site is good, the masseuses are cool, I liked everything!
The animation guys are super, they told us everything about the hotel on the very first day and we knew about all the events in advance!

A good hotel, with the concept of 18 plus. We went to the May holidays with my sister, I wanted to relax without the noise of children. It worked out quite well for itself. The room was very decent, everything you need, including beach bags, was available. Cleaning is daily. There were no problems with anything. It may not be up to five, but four is solid. The entrance to the sea is flat, sandy. The sea is beautiful and clean. There are a lot of guards everywhere, including on the beach. There were enough sun beds. Animation is quite suitable for this concept. Local alcohol, cocktails by the river, but for an amateur. You could eat at any time, something always worked. There is a lot of food, not everything is delicious, but we have never been hungry. Across the street is the old town, you can take a walk in the evening. The territory is not large, but everything is clean, flowers are everywhere. There is a swimming pool, but we have never been there, the sea is nearby). The staff understands Russian, there were no problems with communication. We checked in early, without additional charges. I would have gone back to the hotel.

Diligent Russian speakers, not yet experienced animators. Not a very inspiring evening program. The hotel is for adults only, most vacationers are 45++. Some discomfort - you have to sleep with a closed balcony at night - there is a very loud prayer from the nearest mosques around 5 a.m.

I rested from 3 ,04. to 04/10/2024-2024. In Egypt 14 times, in Sharm El-Sheikh 7 times, I was in 5* hotels, but this hotel is the BEST. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, thanks to the owner, the management.The hotel is in a Bay, the beach is beautiful, long, there are a lot of places,sun beds are light,towels are large.,there are cabins. Bar-cafe on the beach with soft sofas, cushions. The pizza is delicious, the dough is thin., the waiters are friendly. The hotel grounds are well maintained, swimming pool,arena,bars, waiters are friendly, smiling and serve quickly. The restaurant is clean, there are a lot of free places, and the food is varied.There are Italian and Egyptian restaurants for free.Rooms with balconies,bathrobe,soft slippers,kettle,coffee,tea.They clean well.Everything works.The animation is good.The hotel Is Super!

A wonderful hotel with a quiet sandy bay and excellent zoning of the territory. Delicious food in the main restaurant and a la carte restaurants. Near the old town with a beautiful mosque and old Egypt Square. The staff at the hotel is friendly enough, speaks a little Russian. Unobtrusive evening shows and live music every evening.

The hotel is chic, Relaxation for adults, silence, gentle clear sea, good spa, very tasty and varied food, well done, only in the restaurant the slow and unfriendly service of Russians, last of all, it's a shame! We stayed at the hotel from 23/01-29/01. The weather was great. I really liked the hotel. Nice rooms. The service is at the highest level. Very varied and delicious food. We went to the coral beach by boat from the hotel, a beautiful reef, alive. There are many sun beds on the beach. There are always free ones. Most of the vacationers are Europeans. Animation software. And most importantly, there are no children. 5 minutes from the old town hotel. The Copa Church can be reached on foot. There is a place to walk. I will definitely return to the hotel.

I liked the hotel. Large beach in the bay, sandy entrance to the sea. Not a big and cozy hotel. The staff is friendly. The rooms are ordinary, the furniture is a bit old and there are a lot of mosquitoes during this period. There is only one swimming pool in the hotel, not at all large, heated in winter. There are 2 restaurants on site, plus 2 Ala maps. There is a pool bar, there is a beach bar (under renovation for now). The location of the hotel is convenient, you can walk to the Old Town Square (restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacies) The hotel is 18+, not a party, quiet and peaceful.

Live music every evening. During the day, animators offer various activities on the beach. The food is delicious, you will always find something to eat. There is a bar on the beach with all drinks and you can have a snack when the restaurants are not open. The territory is very well maintained.
