We had a rest from June 13 to 27, 2021. I had a very good impression of my stay at this hotel. We lived in a room with a sea view, the cleaning was regular and good. We were quite satisfied with the food and drinks, the waiters were attentive. Local sea fish and even tuna were served. Special thanks to the chef Nazhiye. She cooked delicious porridge, Tunisian pies and grilled tuna. She was always very friendly. The animation team created a good mood. It was fun and interesting. The territory of the hotel and the beach is large and beautiful. Thank you all!

We visited Djerba Island for the first time at the Iberostar Mehari Djerba 4* hotel.We thank all the staff of the hotel, starting with the reception managers, brilliant chefs, waiters, young and nimble guys at the distribution of food, fruits, desserts in all the restaurants of the hotel. We would especially like to mention the cool sports animators Mario and Bo bo, their assistants for exciting tournaments of almost all available sports (and there are many of them in this hotel).A special low bow to the cleaning staff (especially the 4th floor, room cleaning 9205, etc.),we are very grateful to the cleaning staff of the entire vast territory of the hotel, cleanliness and order are amazing, even separate urns are always clean and empty for garbage, which means that the guys work brilliantly, they still manage to water the entire territory early in the morning,plant fresh palm trees,shrubs,cacti, etc., thereby ennobling the cozy territory of the hotel with love and brilliant landscaping. We would like to thank your animators of daytime and evening entertainment for children and adults, their rhythmic stylish dances attracted us all to dance. Special thanks to the staff of thalassotherapy, their hard work in the form of various types of massage, anti-cellulite massage, Thai - this is superyfl!!!These skillful massage masters - Nora, Salya, Victorio - they sculpt a cool slender figure even from 65-year-old ladies and men. We went on vacation for the first flight from Moscow after the epidemic. The choice of food is meager, but delicious! Muslims were served out of turn and served more food than ordinary foreigners. The hammam is paid, it upset us. The animators are good, they know 4 languages: French, English, German, Russian. A good kids' club where you can leave your child for 2 hours! Many thanks to Saida (animator, woman), she gave her child for 2 hours and knew that the kids were busy with interesting crafts. Vasily is a very good bartender... yes. Yes, yes. Vasiliy. Speaks Russian well and makes the cocktail you want! The rooms are small but cozy. Cons in the rooms-we always had a leaky bathtub and there were insects.We informed the reception about the leak of the bath, the reaction is 0.The reception staff were very slow and not Russian-speaking!Ahmed is a good waiter in the restaurant!Nice pools. There is a children's pool with slides for children! There are broken building materials in the sand on the beach:plates, fragments, tools, metal fittings . You have to walk carefully. There are always camels and horses there, it smells like their feces and she's there!The child got conjunctivitis on the first day after playing in the sand on the beach.
