Very beautiful view, very friendly hosts, and wine, and chacha and they will take you to the store if necessary, the rooms are as new as always, the beach is 10 minutes from the rooms, its own terrace, gazebo with barbecue, very kind dog Maxi.

A very nice, comfortable guest house. Very friendly and hospitable hosts Zurab and Guliko. The rooms are modern, there is everything you need, and if something is missing, then Zurabe will arrange everything. I would also like to thank you for the wine and khachapuri. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea.

The best guest house I've been to. The most hospitable hosts I've ever met. We met, treated them to wine, and arranged a barbecue feast for all the guests. The rooms are comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the sea, the beach is within walking distance. There is a regular bus or an inexpensive taxi to the center of Batumi for those who do not have their own car.

We have never regretted staying in this guest house. Cleanliness, comfort, proximity to the sea, bus stops nearby. The hosts welcomed us as dear friends! It's just amazing nowadays! Everything in the house is very thoughtful and convenient. Even the bed linen is of very good quality. Cleanliness is constantly maintained. The host will arrange the transfer himself upon arrival and on the day of departure.
Thanks to such conditions, the rest is even more pleasant!
We recommend this guest house to everyone!
