The hotel rooms were booked long before the trip without making an advance payment. On the day of arrival, we were allocated, from my point of view, not the best double room, During the next day after the request, we were provided with another room, where we gladly stayed until departure. We took a double room with a double bed. One part of the bed fell almost to the floor, the administration could not resolve the issue in 5 days.
Slippers do not give out 🤷🏼♂️it is not clear why at all. The rooms are very stuffy and the smell of starch from the linen is extremely strong. The rooms are old, no one is particularly involved in their overhaul. Of course, you can live, of course, and in general it's not bad, but a hotel of this level in the market today is 2 stars, no more.

The hotel is being renovated, the sound of a puncher is heard during the day, no one warned about it when booking, I wanted to relax in the afternoon. Also, before booking, they clarified the availability of parking, in fact there are no places on the second day, it was also important for me, and the parking looks more urban than the hotel, there is clearly no security, perhaps there are no cameras for the entire parking lot. In the restaurant, the bartender is not customer-oriented, he does not want to come a second time, there are remnants of a film or package in the sandwich ordered by the club. The coffee is not delicious that in the breakfast machine, that cappuccino at the bartender. There is no sound insulation, the rooms are old. There are mildewed seams in the bathroom, and there is a crack in the wall near the door. And the hotel doesn't seem to be cheap. Slippers are available for a fee.

A good hotel is very similar to an ordinary European 3-room.The staff is corporate friendly. The standard rooms are quite large in size. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are clean with good plumbing. The price is good, the location is far from the cent, but it is 5 minutes to the metro and 15 minutes by metro.

My feedback will be positive. I liked everything! Location, room decoration, staff, price/ quality. I book through booking, there is a discount, it turns out a nice price!
Everything is German-style, stylish in its own way (do not forget that the hotel was built a long time ago), the room has everything: tea/coffee making facilities, including tea/coffee themselves, a bar refrigerator, all shower accessories, TV, blind curtains (blackout)... Only Wi-Fi causes complaints. He is there, then he is not. But it was not critical for us, since there are unlimited limits in phones.
Breakfast may seem expensive, but it's worth it. I took for myself some kind of national breakfast, a sandwich for my wife, cheesecakes for my son, 2 coffees and mors - 38 bel. rub.
Shall we stop here again?! Answer: with pleasure!

I put 4 out of 5, but you can also add on the positive side, and now about the pros, the room is spacious, a good closet, a decent toilet room, there are no complaints about plumbing, and now the cons, there is nothing else in the toilet room except shower caps and liquid soap, at least a one-time cheap shampoo was put in the room there are no spoons, forks, only chopsticks, except saucers - there are no plates, the cooler is at the end of a long corridor, we saw when we already bought water in the store, disposable tea and sugar were only the first day. The hotel is 3 stars, and the cost is like in a 4-5 star hotel - a buffet of 33 bel.r., and a content breakfast of 24 all for one guest. The location of the hotel is good, I chose the hotel according to reviews, in the absence of a better one, you can choose IBB as an accommodation option. He was a guest of the hotel from October 3-6, 2022.

Booking a room in Minsk before the holidays turned out to be a game of "Russian roulette". We were lucky with IBB, there were 2 rooms there, as we needed. The rooms are exactly the same, but the price had a difference: one room cost about 10 thousand, the second about 12 thousand ... for 2 nights, but the trip was planned and no one wanted to cancel. We arrived in Minsk at 7.30..the reception asked for an earlier reservation. We were told that it was not possible, but our desire would be transferred to the new shift and they took my number for communication. We decided to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and then come back to the reception. When we went to the hotel reception and found out if they would be able to check us in earlier, we were told that it was possible (just the night shift of the administrators did not even say about our desire.. but earlier check-in costs money and somehow the employees were not interested)... finally, we paid for earlier check-in and the following fact struck us again... slippers, shampoos, toothbrushes and paste 🙈everything is bought at the reception. Among the advantages: coffee, tea, sugar, glasses, kettle, towels, extra blankets and pillows, pleasant maids, cleanliness in the room. We did not find any differences in the rooms, but the difference is 2 thousand rubles. The metro is about 700 meters away. We concluded that on our next visit we will move into the center

The metro is close, there are a lot of grocery stores nearby, there are enough parking spaces.
But there was no desire to stop in it again. But this is probably in contrast to the President Hotel, where we spent the first night. The difference is only 2.5 thousand, but there was a great breakfast included, the hotel is in the center and the experience is completely different

IBB is the first hotel where I stayed in Minsk, and it made an extremely positive impression on me.
In terms of price-quality ratio, it is normal when compared with the same Russian hotels.
But considering that the hotel is located in the capital, this is more than an honest price tag.
The room has its own bathroom with shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, armchair and other necessary attributes of a good room.
The presence of a kettle in the room is pleasing, but at least there would be a cooler in the hallway... (perhaps there is a cooler, but no one informed me about it - they did not notice it in the corridor within sight).
In this regard, I brewed a kettle with water from the shower - the water does not smell, so it seems like you can drink :)
Also, personally, it was somewhat cool and extremely uncomfortable for me to fall asleep in the summer because of the noise of cars, so I had to close the windows at night.
But the room is not stuffy, so I fell asleep well in complete isolation from the cold air and noise.
The room is cleaned daily, if necessary, towels can be replaced at least every day.
I would like to note the excellent location of the hotel - away from the center, which provides relative silence outside the window, 500 meters away is the metro, 100 meters away is a supermarket with pleasant prices.
There is also a restaurant next to the hotel, food from which can even be ordered to the room for a fee, but I did not use its services, so I can't say anything specific.
To sum up, I can recommend the hotel for those who have come to the capital and need all the basic conditions for a comfortable stay for reasonable money.

It's not bad for a troika, if it weren't for cardboard walls, we were unlucky and the neighbors got noisy, we managed to sleep 1 night out of 3. There are no cosmetic kits, slippers, and of course bathrobes. A good restaurant, you can order room service from them if you don't want to go anywhere. From the train station 12 minutes by car. Now they are doing repairs, I hope they will work on noise insulation.
