We stayed at this hotel for the second time. The staff is attentive, they picked the right dates, even postponed the check-in, as circumstances have changed. Payment upon check-in, very convenient. The room is not large, but it was important for the three of us to check in, they put an extra bed. The room is clean, warm, and quiet. The beds are snow-white and soft. Convenient location. There is a very good Westphalia restaurant nearby. Thank you!

The rooms are clean. We lived for a week. But repairs were being made, which we learned about upon arrival. It was stated that the repair started at 9 a.m. In fact, they started whenever they wanted and at 8 a.m. for example. Upon arrival, they asked to give me the remote control for the air conditioner. It was on a Saturday. They promised to solve the problem by Monday. In fact, no one else came up with this question and everyone safely forgot about it. Otherwise, everything is OK. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and so on. We didn't go to breakfast. We arrived on the first morning. We watched the buffet and went to another place for breakfast. In general, the rest was a success. Thank you for your hospitality Belarus)

I wanted to book by phone. I called several times, and the answering machine constantly said that the operator would answer in a minute. And so on for 5 minutes, during each call. I booked a room on the website. At the same time, I suffered for a long time- it was very inconvenient, and there are constant glitches in the mobile version (the phone is not to blame for this, 100%). The room was booked with breakfast and for 110 rubles per night. A few hours later, the reception called and said that this room was only for the disabled. I said that I had not seen this information on the website and at the time of booking. They said they could offer the same room, but it would cost 130 rubles per night. I said I'd think about it. In response, I heard that they would give a 20% discount. As a result, after the first night at the reception, I ask where I can have breakfast and hear: "in the restaurant on the menu." And they promised such a number. But it turned out that this room is without breakfast. That is, they deceived me. Okay, let's move on. I choose an English breakfast in the restaurant. It costs around 20 rubles. I was offered a buffet for more than 30 rubles. I agreed and in vain. When I saw what was being offered (and there was milk porridge, omelette, stewed vegetables, sliced vegetables, bread, boiled sausages, fried eggs, juices, cheese, ham, coffee and tea). At this price, the choice is not great. And I chose an English breakfast because I can't eat anything else. I took stewed vegetables, sausage, egg, bread, tea and cheese with ham from the buffet. This red price is 15 rubles!!! But that's not all... The stewed vegetables were half-cooked. Boiled sausages are strange, as if they were bought the cheapest in the store. The ham tasted disgusting and had veins that were not natural - in general, it was the cheapest. Juices are also the cheapest, not tasty, and clearly stink of some kind in winter. There is a "shawarma in beer" across the street. So there's a large grilled shawarma, nuggets, hot dog and tea for 30 rubles. Moreover, they remove the ingredients that I ask for without any problems (because I can't eat them). Only as a last resort I will come to you again.

An ambiguous impression . The staff is pleasant , the rooms could have been better , in particular cleaning , the staff is not conscientious about washing bathrooms ( maybe they also don 't like pulling other people 's hair out of the shower , but that's part of the job ) . Mattresses should be changed in most rooms for a long time ( they fail ) , the carpet is dirty , but there are no disposable slippers ( include them in the price so that you do not return to the reception for them ) . There are no complaints about living, they clean up cleanly, neatly, the furniture is exactly what is required, although tired, but there may be problems with locks - once inside, you can no longer get out without the help of a local carpenter and his drill.... But with breakfast: don't get fooled by the buffet, it doesn't come from the word at all. The buffet is called an A4 sheet with a list of what is in the kitchen and you are asked to mark what to bring. If you mark everything, they will bring everything, they will not ask questions, but the catch is that whatever breakfast you choose (continental is the choice of one of the sets, buffet is the choice according to the sheet) they will start cooking it only after ordering, moreover they will start cooking with a wake-up call from the cook and delivering it to the restaurant .... At least 40 minutes for one, and if there are two of you and you ordered different things, you will not be able to wait less than an hour. For breakfast with a leisurely coffee, lay down an hour and a half at least.
Disposable slippers, shaving and brushing kits for cash at the reception at the price of 2-3 liters of milk for each option :) it is cheaper to buy reusable analogues in a nearby store :)
There is no ice and drinking water freely available (water is complimentary upon arrival), ice is only in the restaurant (neighboring building) during opening hours. The audibility between the rooms is good, but I was lucky - there were few guests and everyone was smoothly dispersed over the 3rd floor.
The metro is 5-7 minutes on foot, there is a supermarket on the way, open until 23:00

We stayed for the first three nights in May. We booked on the official website of the hotel, paid on the spot with a MIR card. You can easily contact the hotel via whatsapp. Standard double room on the 4th floor. The room is small, cozy, with everything you need (refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning). A bed with comfortable pillows and a mattress, we slept well. WiFi was working without interruption. Polite, helpful staff. The only negative is the shower. There is no restrictive threshold for water. We washed intermittently so that the water did not reach beyond the bathroom, and there was carpet in the room itself.. Take rubber slippers with you! Convenient location of the hotel, 10 minutes to the metro, close to shops, pharmacies, McDonald's. City parking is free. There were no seats late at night.

The hotel is not bad, but I'm already tired. The numbers are clearly asking for updates. To find an iron, I had to go through a bad quest through dark corridors with opening all the doors and searching for living souls. Not a single sign, sign, or even just a light on the uninhabited floor. I didn't leave any desire to return to the hotel again.
