To anyone but Ilya. I am upset the hotel was booked for us, they gave us 2 hours to drive with money for a certain amount. We arrive, but there are no more places, we had to take more expensive for 1000 rubles, which was fine. We booked, paid off, wished you a good rest and informed you when to pick up the documents. An hour later, he sent Ilya a message: "I don't remember you gorillas or not, but the hotel takes a fee and a deposit" and it all burns for me when I can't return the tickets anymore!
