I will never, under any circumstances, recommend this campaign! Everyone who, as I saw, is an authorized service center, in no case fall for these beautiful words.
I repaired the rear window of their iphone twice: the first time they put it crookedly and the phone crashed again, they repaired it under warranty, and gave the phone with a broken pixel. After the diagnosis, they reported that it was due to a fall, i.e. indirectly it was my fault. Okay, I still agreed with that. When using the phone at home, I couldn't use it: it was slowing down, no app was loading normally and there was no sound at all. It turned out that they broke through the cable during repair: as a result, the phone was terribly slow and there was no sound. After their diagnosis, they reported that it was allegedly due to a fall.
I took the phone for diagnosis to another service center on the recommendation of friends already. And what a shock the masters had: an authorized iPhone repair center!!! the train broke through, the case was scratched, the glass was replaced with the cheapest one, which does not even match the original in color, fragments of the previous glass remained near the camera, which only by some incredible luck did not cause additional damage and did not damage anything else. Inside, everything is taped/attached. Inside, after their repair, the phone looked like a child learning to make crafts after work.
You should be ashamed of the level of services and "service" that you provide.
I bought Airpods Max headphones. I was swearing at the evening and realized that they were putting terrible pressure on my head and my head was starting to hurt. I decided to give it back, because I just won't be able to wear it. I came to the store the next day, the consultant girl said that it could not be returned and that it was written in the receipt. There was nothing written on the receipt, I checked. I gave her a look, she didn't find it either. Then she said that if you hadn't at least activated them, then something could have been done, as I understood it. But I didn't even activate them myself. The consultant activated them as soon as I bought them. Then they told me that I bought them as used. Although the consultant said that they were allegedly opened and the equipment was checked and therefore they go in the receipt as used. Although if you are an official Apple partner, as indicated on their website, then why you did it is unclear.
Then they gave me a hundred completely different reasons why I couldn't get them back. I asked why the consultant didn't say yesterday that they were non-refundable. To which I was told that he didn't have to tell me about it. I asked the administrator, the girl said that she was the administrator, although it was written on her bike that she was a consultant. Then the apple consultant who was there when I bought the headphones came up and said that she was temporarily acting. More inconsistencies.
I asked for a hotline number, an email or something. They said they didn't have any contact details to contact.
In general, nothing is indicated in the receipt. There is no administrator, but allegedly the administrator convinced that the receipt says that it is impossible to return. The consultant was not obliged to talk about anything. There are also no contacts for communication. etc.
I bought the headphones without hesitation in 5 minutes. I have already measured them in the official apple store and did not buy them, because they did not fit tightly on my head, they were too big as if. Therefore, I did not expect that they could pressure me in any way.
I am a little upset because of this attitude in the store "the store should not go through the woods." I don't really know what to do with them now. The consultant said to sell, so they are used according to the receipt. I think it will definitely confuse people.
In general, I do not recommend it. I feel like I've been played like a fool. Be careful!
