Order via Yandex.The meal turned into a disaster.
I made an order from McDonald's via Yandex.Food. They brought him in after 2 hours of waiting, and even then it became clear that something was wrong.
When I opened the door, I saw through the peephole how the courier dropped the order right in front of the threshold. The bag was completely soaked inside, the drink was leaking, and the package itself had collapsed from moisture and weight.
Inside:
• One drink was missing altogether
• The second drink leaked, and all the food ended up in a sticky liquid
• The packages of the dishes were soaked, some were actually damaged
• The bag burst, and I had to take out the food with my hands
I'm not saying “it wasn't very tasty" now. I'm talking about the unsuitable condition of the product and disrespect for the customer.
I contacted support. In response, I received:
• boilerplate phrases “We will definitely figure it out”
• “The situation is unpleasant, we are trying our best”
• “We will try to please you next time”
No, I don't want the joy of “next time.” I want a normal delivery now.
I demand:
• Refund for undelivered drink
• Partial compensation for damaged delivery
• The reaction of a living person, not car messages
