The food is delicious, as always. But the iced tea with peach and syrup Syringe was not very successful, because it is bitter, a sweeter drink was expected. Well, only one stick of sugar was added to the big black tea, although they usually put two. Going down for sugar from the second floor is somehow not very good :(
As a result, I didn't enjoy a single drink.

Very clean, cozy second floor, nuggets are just magical, very tasty Caesar, everything is fine, only card payments do not work at all counters and coupons did not come out...We ate every day at least once during our stay in Astana..It's a very nice place, and the city itself and the people in it are just cool. I arrived with my husband at night at I'm drive on bicycles, there was a fairly large queue. At the order reception desk, we were asked to wait 5 minutes, and after these 5 minutes the cashier said "we do not serve bicycles", to my question why, they repeated exactly "we do not serve bicycles". There is no polite "excuse me", no explanation of the reasons, that's all. They also forced me to wait. Although according to the traffic regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a bicycle is a vehicle that l'm drive should serve. Also, there is not a single rule on the official website of the network, which would say about the prohibition of service on bicycles / scooters / pedestrians.

It's not the same as before.... After all, quality standards and their work are important. In my opinion, Kazakhstan has the poorest menu of all countries... the quality of the products dropped after the release of Mac from the CIS market. Even the fishburger was taken off the menu.
The service deserves a special review, even when there is no queue, you wait for your order for 30 minutes.

Firstly, not the whole order was brought until the administrator was called, then I tried the burger, one bite was enough to throw it away, the coke was diluted with water, and the tables are so dirty, it's terrible. One thing pleases the children no longer want it.

Fast service smells bad: I ordered a combo, took a locator, waited 20 minutes. I went to the order counter, asked where the order was, they woke up and brought it two minutes later. If I hadn't kicked, I would have waited more. The taste is much inferior to the Poppy that was here earlier.
