The second complaint is that after we stood in line for more than 15 minutes, we simply forgot to put the order on the screen and make it. So I had to go and say it myself. Thirdly, one order item was not reported. I am very disappointed! The food is very tasty, there are no complaints.

First, the food had time to cool down, although I took the order exactly at the same time as it was placed on the distribution table, not to mention that larger orders (in terms of the number of items), whose numbers were larger than mine, were prepared before my modest two burgers. Further, there was no ice in the establishment, although there was a "remove ice" function in the order terminal. It turns out that there are technical problems with ice in the institution, although it was not written anywhere about it. Third, when ordering 0.5 liters of Cola, they poured 0.45 for me, although they refilled it to the brim early, about 0.53. As a result, there is no service, the food is cold, saving on super cheap cola, whose cost is 100 tenge (0.5 liters). I do not recommend visiting.
