This is not a cafe, a misunderstanding, lack of people and waiting for an order for 40 minutes does not even deserve 1 star, 2 people work, they serve takeaway (couriers, makauto) you are waiting, there was no one in the hall except us, to the question when we would be served, a lot of answers fell in the spirit of "we are working," "we don't have time, there are only two people"
There is only one comment here, if you have 2 people and you do not have time, close the cafe and do not work, recruit staff and then open up. This is a fast food restaurant where TIME is valuable for the client, and so the work turns out to be "Kazakhstani", I can't imagine this situation at McDonald's

But I would like to note, just from myself. that, in theory, this is a self-service point where the customer must pick up the order and take the garbage. What I saw was of course extreme bad manners on the part of the visitors. No thanks, no please, and the garbage left behind on the tables. То же мак что и раньше, супер быстрое обслуживание в отличие от местных бк и кфс. Меню правда пока немного скудноватое, но это со временем поправят. Киллерыича это локаторы, не так удобно как через приложение заказывать, но их много так что не проблема
