The master of this service center did much more than fix the phone, he made a good mood! Just like that, honestly and unselfishly.
I have a problem in my 11
The Iphone speaker started to work poorly, and I couldn't hear the other person very well during the conversation. After studying all the reviews on Yandex, I was not lazy and got to this service center.
Naturally, I assumed that they would take my phone away to replace the speaker, and they would take it away for at least a day. How surprised I was when in the workshop, after describing the problem, the master took my phone away from me for just a couple of minutes, cleaned the speaker and immediately everything became perfectly audible!
Even better in my opinion than when the phone was new!!! And!!! The master did not take absolutely a single ruble for his work! That's right, not a penny! That is, he did his job absolutely honestly, without deceiving me, and in return only asked me to leave a review on Yandex!
I was so pleased that I couldn't even believe at first that such a thing could happen.
As someone who knows absolutely nothing about cell phone repairs, I could have been billed whatever I wanted and also told to go a second time to pick up the phone. But the master did his job absolutely honestly, as quickly as possible, smiled and did not take the money.
