I handed over the ring for examination (the product turned black in 2 days). At first, they said that you just need to wipe it off and everything will be great. After persuasion on my part, they took the product and informed me that they would solve everything and call within 14 days. As a result, starting from the 14th day of waiting, they ignore me, they don't pick up the phone. It's been 20 days since I've been trying to resolve this issue. I do not recommend this store.
I visited this store on 08/20/20 at 13:20, I wanted to buy a Pandora jewelry for my birthday. There was not a single customer in the store and I expected to calmly look at the entire collection and choose the jewelry I liked. However, I did not get such an opportunity. After 2 minutes, the female employee had an urgent need to start counting and laying out the goods under the counter. She repeatedly asked me to move away first from one rack, then from another, depriving me of the opportunity to calmly examine and choose jewelry. A young employee did the same when, deprived of the opportunity to choose charms from the display stands, I shifted to the decorations located on the display cases along the walls. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of any culture and education among the staff. I believe that all working moments should not interfere with customers in any way to calmly choose jewelry and make purchases. Moreover, it was not the beginning or the end of the working day, and there was no influx of customers at all. I really love Pandora, but I did not expect such a dismissive attitude from the staff of such an elite and expensive jewelry store. She left without buying in upset feelings.
The decorations are incomparably beautiful, I do not argue. But I didn't understand the service. 07/23/2020 I wanted to buy a charm, I called a consultant so that she would show me the jewelry options closer. She showed one, the second.. And on the third she said: "I can't show it to you, it has a purpose.. I ask: "With what purpose, I did not understand"
The seller's response: "I can't tell you"
For all my other questions, I received approximately the same answers from the series that I cannot and should not know this. Seriously? And then how to make a purchase? Why it is impossible to explain at least in two words. Was it a secret for everyone or just for me?
Maybe this is how consultants at Pandore should communicate, but it was unpleasant for me
