I visited this car dealership in the winter of 2024. I had a dent in the roof and I came to find out how much the repair would cost. They held me for an hour and a half, then they said that they needed to buy a new roof, and quite by chance, "you're lucky, we just have one left." The roof cost 2 MILLION tenge, the dent was ridiculous, almost invisible. I asked why it needed to be changed, and the argument was that the roof pillar was damaged (although the dent was funny, I repeat). I immediately realized that changing the roof is not just an expensive, but also a technically difficult procedure (not every master can handle it). I doubted it and went to the nearest service station. The dent was fixed in a few hours for 120K with a 1-year warranty.
If it's Hyundai, then it's definitely not Premium Al Farabi, it's not professional at all and it's shameless.
Update from January 2025: my comment was answered for form's sake, no one was going to figure out the situation, no one asked my contacts, everything is as usual :(((
