I was at this car dealership in the winter of 2024. I had a dent in the roof and I came to find out how much the repair would cost. They held me for an hour and a half, then they said that they needed to buy a new roof and quite by chance "you're lucky, we just have one left." The roof cost 2M tenge, the dent was funny, almost imperceptible. I asked why it needed to be changed, the argument was: the roof rack was damaged there (although the dent was funny, I repeat). I immediately imagined that changing the roof is not only expensive, but also a technically difficult procedure (not every master can handle it). I doubted it and went to the nearest service station. The dent was fixed in a few hours for 120K with a 1-year warranty.
If it's Hyundai, it's definitely not Premium Al Farabi, it's not at all professional and unscrupulous.
Overall, a pleasant dealer, with responsive and enterprising managers. Special respect to Tansholpan, the manager who led us to the purchase.
But unfortunately the service is not responsive and does not seek to solve the problem.
They don't solve the problem on a brand new car. Just brushing it off like, well, that's it.... It saddened me.
