Хороший автоцентр, сервис которому можно доверять, как и у всех дилеров стоимости запасных частей и услуг завышены. Есть отдел Качества, перезванивают после оказания услуг. Из минусов диагностика авто после ДТП платная, почему бы для своих клиентов не делать скидки и относиться более лояльней. Кафе маленькое, в других салонах, приезжающим на ТО в подарок чай ( н/р аллюр).

Очень низкий уровень обслуживания. Особенно в отделе Hyundai Finance. Работает только один сотрудник. Самал как богиня вселенной, как будто из своего кармана деньги выдаёт. Не советую этот автоцентр, организация работы плохая. В ресепшене так вообще так посмотрели что не знаю кто у кого собирается покупать.
В каком случае обращаешься в автоцентр:машина не завелась,электрика "глючит" и т.д.Пытаешься записаться к электрику - минимум двоим приходится обьяснять проблему и в результате запись через две недели(это в лучшем случае)Вот и приходится искать а.электрика,который возьмётся здесь и сейчас.Это не первая машина с салона и такое отношение - норма.В общем,ты интересен им как ПОКУПАТЕЛЬ,дальше это твои проблемы...

Не совсем понятные цены на ТО автомашины купленой в этом же салоне. В один день говорят одну сумму на следующий день сумма уже увеличилась а с чего не понятно. И когда заявку через интернет подаешь почему то обратной связи не получаешь
