I am disappointed with the quality of customer service.
We agreed on the terms of the pre-order of the car with Ilya, a sales specialist, by phone. On the same day, after work from another city, I came to the car dealership to conclude a contract - as a result: not only could they not issue a purchase agreement on the spot (promising to put the car of interest in the reservation in my name and send the contract the next day), but later they also changed the terms of purchase (increased the price for cars and increased the initial payment by 2 times).
All these questions should be discussed at once, and not raised when I refused offers from other companies.

В данном автосалоне также можно приобрести автомобили JAC. Выбор автомобилей Хёндэ ограничен. Заезжать лучше со стороны ул. Московская. Время работы с 10 до 19.
