Today, my mother was almost deceived in this exchanger for 200 euros. The cashier put the money on the counting machine and asked, "do you see the amount clearly?" then he gave his mother the money and left!! Mom counted the bills several times without leaving the window and missed 200 euros. I called the cashier back to which he said, "well, you saw for yourself that the machine calculated everything correctly." Mom said that she counted under the camera by the window after that, the cashier took the money for recalculation on the typewriter and mom noticed that the cashier took these 200 euros from the pocket of the machine that they have covered. Ie, the machine recalculates the money, they fall into the lower "pocket" the cashier takes the amount out of his pocket and leaves a couple of bills in his pocket and because it is covered, the person cannot see that there is money left there. The cashier just technically took 2 bills from there and reported them to the main money. I think that the management of this exchanger is aware of all these frauds. Count the money without leaving the cash register.
