Hyde Beach is the best - at 5*. It works at lunch and in the evening. I would like to mention the manager of this restaurant, Mustafa, for his professionalism and sensitive attitude to the guests.
Bungalow - open at lunch. It is not popular, there are no frills.
Separately, I would like to say about the French restaurant La Rebelle.
This is the only restaurant by appointment. Moreover, initially we were told that you can visit every day. But when we arrived at the set time, they wouldn't let us in. Instead of an apology, there was a vague explanation from the manager that there was still a limit on visits to cover everyone, although the restaurant was half empty. One time was enough for us. There is nothing to eat there, half of the dishes are for an additional fee. There are no desserts listed on the menu. Visiting this restaurant is a waste of time.
The Sun&Moon bar in the lobby is open 24 hours a day.
There is a large selection of foreign alcohol, but not the entire range is free.
In all restaurants, the menu is only in English, supposedly this is the concept of Bodrum.

2. A small beach. There are not enough places on the beach, you swim as if in a small pool - on one side the shore, on the other the vogue hotel. The beach itself is 10 meters wide. Sunbeds should be occupied in the morning, otherwise you will not lie down.
3. The service is creepy. Everyone is unhappy, everyone forgets, you can sit and wait for food for 30 minutes, and they won't even remember about you. There are a lot of paid items on the menu, which is strange. On the beach, no one comes up for breakfast, you have to call everyone yourself.
4. Music is tinny. In the morning, more or less music is playing, after 14, slotting begins, very loud, it is not possible to rest.
5. There are rooms on the 1st floor, I can't imagine how to live there at all. There is one window from the bedroom, through which guests can come and see what you are doing. I also think it's terrible for a hotel of this level

We arrived on May 2nd, the day after the opening, and enjoyed the Aegean coast for 6 days. Upon check-in, they offer refreshing shots, arrange the guests themselves, as it should be in high-level hotels, but this one is still just with a high-level application)) Of course, the staff is trying, but not all of them.
During these 6 days, it was impossible not to notice the beauty and "instagrammativeness" of the hotel, what can I say, the design is 5 out of 5. There are many pleasant-looking locations, the territory is well organized.
The food is very tasty, everything is fresh, but there is no variety. All available restaurants have a modest menu, but dishes for 5 out of 5.
Parties every evening, you can order music)) We played Zivert and even Leningrad))) A week later, the hotel still came up with an entertainment program, which is also more of a plus. However, the program is modest in my opinion. Yoga can be done not 2 times a week, but every day, for example ...)
The beach is well equipped, pleasant colors, drinks from the bar are offered on the beach.

I'll start with check-in - we waited an hour for check-in, during which time we promised that "just about 20 minutes, your room will be checked and we will be able to check you in." And it happened several times until I came to the reception and said that it was not acceptable. It turned out right away that the room was ready. In general, the interaction with the reception is VERY strange, consider that it does not exist, and that's why:
1. we booked an a la carte restaurant through the reception, it turned out that our recording was not transmitted, and dinner was canceled. however, the second time we signed up directly at the restaurant itself, and still we were not included in the lists ... but that's another story!))
2. I decided to use the laundry and only for 3 times an assistant was sent to the room to finally pick up my laundry! I was already ready to do the laundry myself, you know??)))
3. The phone was not made for us in the room, I asked 2 times. I didn't have enough desire for the third one.
Remember the golden rule of this hotel - if you want to get something from them, you need to clarify exactly three times. And immediately remember your room number - it will need to be called about 5 times at the request, it is very difficult with this.
Separately, I would like to mention the receptionist Aida - a very inhospitable attitude. No small talk, as they say, and incomprehensible condemning looks. The inability to remember the request, there is no personal relationship to the guest. If you've been to high-end hotels, you'll understand what I mean.
Now a few words about restaurants. Fortunately, there is a buffet in the morning and evening, you will not stay hungry. But in the afternoon! There is a chance not to make it before the Beach Bar kitchen closes (and the kitchen closes an HOUR BEFORE the designated end time). That is, you need to leave an order in time. And it's better to come to the opening, some ingredients may run out, and dishes can be waited for 40 minutes or more. And in general, be prepared for the fact that in ANY restaurant of this hotel your order may be lost. Especially the drinks. Cocktails had to be ordered 2 times.
In the restaurant at the reception, our order was simply forgotten once. And another time it turned out that you have to pay 7 euros for SHRIMP in caesar. That's it, guys!
Separately, about French a la carte - we got into it with difficulty, and found that 30% of the menu is paid. We ordered chicken - the usual kind of homemade chicken, without frills. The snacks were nothing. But I was surprised that you can't order green tea in an a la carte restaurant! Only Turkish. And the only place where you can order another tea is the restaurant, which is open morning and evening. There is no more green tea in the hotel, anywhere. That's it.
Separately about drinks. Be prepared for the fact that the composition of the drink is unknown to anyone except the bartender. You order the same item from the menu - on different days they bring different cocktails in appearance and taste. In general, just order something a couple of times already, and something will be brought, but this is not accurate. The hotel does not have fresh juice in the public domain. Only for breakfast and only orange, that's it!
Be prepared for the fact that there are no beach bags in the hotel. So you have to carry everything in your hands. The reception staff will promise to clarify about the bags and will not return with an answer.
Be prepared for the fact that the nurse will take you to the reception (there is no office), and she will be very surprised if you ask to buy medicines. And then he won't come back with an answer. In general, do not count on it.
Regarding entertainment, it was indicated on the booking that the spa would be open and massage would be available. That's a lie! Attention! The hotel has a closed fitness room and no spa. If the weather is bad, there is nothing to do. Only if you go to Bodrum.
In conclusion, I would like to summarize our vacation. In a week, a person can get used to any conditions... and we got used to it! Despite everything, we liked it.
A big request to the hotel management is to conduct staff training, not everyone is able to work the way they need to. Waiters get lost, constant delays and confusion in the kitchen. Solve this, and the hotel will be able to claim a good 5. Make chats with guests with personal assistants so that there is a direct connection with the reception. Send newsletters in these chat rooms with activities for the day. There is no place in the hotel where you can watch the program for the day. There is no hotel card.
Make QR codes from the menu and work with the bartender - cocktails should be as indicated on the menu.
