We met like a pro ! After 10 minutes we were already in the room. Hayat keeps the brand. The pool, the sun beds, the water is wonderful. Spa with Jacuzzi. The restaurant surprised with its variety. Waiters appear and disappear like wizards, but always on time. It was delicious!The room is gorgeous. The linen and towels are snow-white. Modern access systems. The elevator rides on maps. Generally a good modern hotel. He justified his stars for everything 💯

Great hotel. One of the best I've been to. Perhaps due to the carpets - almost perfect sound insulation. The staff is very polite and not intrusive at the same time. I liked the food, you can choose both vegetables and fruits for breakfast.

Excellent and professional service.

The elevator reacts to the room key, and you can only get to your floor!
We stayed in a hotel with a large team, and for us such an elevator operation system turned out to be very inconvenient!

The best hotel in the city. The staff can speak Russian and English. Very tasty breakfasts and lunches. The hostess at the reception is very caring, and for the delay in checking into the rooms gave us a free lunch. The rooms have very spacious bathrooms and large beds. For Hayat, there is a very low level of service, system failures, broken cards, a broken mini bar, an elevator that does not work on the card, the rooms in the photo look cool, in fact, when viewed closely, everything is completely different. This is partially offset by the sincere desire of the staff to provide guests with everything they need, but it is clearly not worth the money, it will be no worse in neighboring hotels three times cheaper

The hotel has been in need of renovation for a long time. The walls in the room are stripped, the air conditioner does not work. Not five stars at all , not even three . The worst Hayat I've ever seen. Well , as an addition , not a delicious breakfast with stale croissants . I paid for two days , but left in the morning , well at least the money was returned . The girl at the reception recognized all the disadvantages and offered another room , but everything is the same there .

Perhaps the best hotel in Bishkek. Good service and cleanliness, although without the emphasized gloss of the Grand Hyatt. A good restaurant with interesting barbecue-type events. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I can't give five points just because of some features - sounds from the corridor are heard in the room a little louder than I would like; breakfast is not very varied; some services are missing, in particular, the spa does not work; a number of positions are missing in the bar map, etc. These are small things, but you have to evaluate Hyatt according to the Hamburg account - the name obliges.

The hotel is normal, corresponds to my rating of 3 stars. Disgusting kitchen in the room service, I do not recommend ordering anything there, I made 4 orders, all the food is terrible for 5 stars, the maximum is 3-2, but the prices are 5. Room cleaning is the same, randomly during the day, linen and towels are not changed, only folded, etc. The shower watering can is clogged, there is no toothbrush in ala, you need to request. The hotel is tired, has not been renovated for a long time. I lived for 10 days, the level of the room is a step after the standard, I don't remember the name. For Bishkek, of course, the top, there are its own standards, sadness.

It is unclear where the 5 stars came from: 1. we booked a room - the reservation was lost; 2. I tried to pay with a Russian card -it does not work ("we do not understand why"); 3. they apparently do not know anything about digital television, and most analog channels do not show or "hang" (tightly, in first of all, Russian); 4. household appliances in the rooms are antediluvian; 5. while they were standing at the reception (~ 10 minutes) - at least two dissatisfied guests came up with complaints. In general, that's just 5 stars!

But Expensive. Perhaps more expensive than it should be.
The lobby bar is also very expensive.
The hotel is outdated and requires renovation both in terms of design and engineering infrastructure.
The neighbors can be heard in the rooms so that you can fully understand all the words spoken in the next room.
