An excellent and fairly new Hayat. With a modern design. Beautiful rooms and modern balconies. And mesmerizing views of the sea or the center of Dubai. Good location on the beach and close by, 15 minutes by taxi from Dubai Mall. Nearby, in 10 minutes, a la Red White on a foreign passport and a large supermarket. Among the disadvantages is the lack of a private beach and not a sunny location of the pool. In the summer it's a plus, but in the rest of the period you don't want to swim in it. In general, if you don't stay at the hotel, it's a great option.
I really liked the hotel, I lived with my husband and child for a week. Super location - within walking distance of a store, alcohol store, pharmacies, a bunch of shops. A couple of stops are cool Dubai perfume, a little further away is the Mall, good prices for brands, better than in the Dubai Mall, but there are few shops there.
The hotel is clean, smells nice, and has a lot of Russian-speaking staff. It's the first time we've had breakfast on the menu, but it turned out to be very cool and you don't overeat! All requests were fulfilled, they congratulated me coolly at the dr, helped my husband order flowers, a cake, sang me a song in the restaurant and congratulated me.
The hotel is very fond of children! Everyone wanted to squeeze, torment and give love to our baby. It was very pleasant and I could see that the child liked it.
I want to note how we were put down and met from a taxi. They always opened the door to the car, put things in the trunk (stroller), when they arrived, they helped to unload everything and brought it to the room themselves, it was extremely convenient, very unobtrusive. We thanked $ for this, but a couple of times we did not have time to say such a thank you, but we did not notice any resentment, and did not understand whether it was customary to give money or not)
La mer beach is nearby, there should be a lot of cafes there, but in September 24 it was closed.
The hotel gives cards to a nearby hotel; there you can swim on the private beach and in the pools, and also take towels.
It takes 20 minutes by taxi to the Mall, 40 minutes to the palm tree.
I liked the hotel. It's not big, it's stylish. It is designed mainly for couples. Calm, there are not many people. The rooms are cozy, everything is clean and new. There are few rooms with twin beds. There is a swimming pool cooled in summer and heated in winter. There is a gym. Meals are breakfast or breakfast lunch/or dinner. The rooms are equipped with an iron, a capsule coffee machine and a kettle. It costs 300 aed per day only in dirhams. The policy is flexible on deposits. There is a free beach nearby, 7 minutes on foot.
A chic hotel, clean, cozy, modern, and the hotel staff is one big friendly family that helps to solve any, even very difficult questions that you have on vacation.
Thanks to such a friendly team, you feel happy and carefree.
The food and restaurant are beyond praise, the service and service are at the highest level, everything is delicious!!!
I really want to come back to you and enjoy the beauty.
The sea is clean and warm, near 2 la mer beaches and a hotel in Dubai Marina, all 5 minutes walk away.
A small boutique hotel designed more for couples. There won't be much to do with the kids here. The rooms are comfortable, everything looks modern and aesthetically pleasing. The girls at the reception are very friendly, always ready to help. Sometimes they call the room to find out if everything is fine, sometimes even too often, so it's better to immediately ask that you don't need to do this, then such a situation will not arise.
The location is not bad, 15 minutes by taxi to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, while at a sufficient distance from the hustle and bustle of the city. Unfortunately, there is no metro station nearby.
I was pleased that at any time you can ask for additional water in the room and refill tea and coffee bags.
Of the cons: music from a nearby club often plays loudly until late at night, the hotel staff can't do much about it, so they offer earplugs, or move into a room on the other side (overlooking the Burj Khalifa), if there are rooms available.
Thank you for a great stay!
Positive: the interior of the rooms and lobby, delicious a la carte breakfasts, a swimming pool with muted music, a view of the bay. A room with a large terrace was provided free of charge upon arrival (with two children in a room without terraces it would be too cramped)
Cons: loud music from the bar next to the hotel sounds until the morning, the azan sounds loudly in the morning. But with the balcony closed, we didn't wake up.
You need to go to the beach on the territory of a neighboring hotel, after the beach in Ras al Khaimah, I did not appreciate it. But in any case, it is better than the city. There are always free sun beds
The view from the Japanese restaurant of the city is gorgeous 🫶
I'm resting at the hotel now with my family c14.07.24 , the hotel itself is good, clean ,beautiful, the only minus is the breakfast menu ! The fruit plate is small : a piece of watermelon , grapes , a piece of melon and something else , i.e. the choice is small , as everywhere , but you will stay full . The beach at the neighboring hotel , we rested in it in 2006 , I want to say that the beach was perfect with big waves , and now they have built up and ruined everything ! The Dubai Mall is close by taxi.
An excellent hotel with a high level of service. Friendly and courteous staff. The Eunoia restaurant (ground floor of the hotel) serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine. A modern hotel with stylish rooms and everything you need in them.
The new hotel is very beautiful, there is a swimming pool, there is a beach, good managers. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. Beautiful design, very stylish. The area is very pleasant and beautiful green. There is a market and restaurants nearby
Good day to everyone. I'll be brief - I liked it, I recommend it. It is better to take rooms with a view of the road, those with a view of the pool and the floor is not high, face noisy evenings. If the floor is higher, then the view of the water is of course preferable.
The food is delicious, the service is super, the bar is good, near the beach with sand (you must not forget to take a card at the reception to get towels on the beach). In the evening, there is also a wonderful hookah and bar (on the beach). Several restaurants.
Feel free to come.
Very monotonous menu, hot dishes, (including pasta)- everything floats in oil. People who write that it is very tasty here - You have not eaten normal food!
It is unclear how the ventilation system is set up in the room - wild humidity, wet towels, bed linen all the time.
I had breakfast and lunch/dinner included -to choose from. So you had to pay extra for drinks (tea, water -paid)
, I stopped by on the eve of my birthday, there was no compliment from the hotel in the dr itself, (for comparison, in other hotels they will always do something pleasant).
Overall, the experience is so-so, but you definitely shouldn't expect something incredible from this hotel.
Everything is new. The shower room seemed strange. There is both a bathroom and a shower and everything flows down to the floor. I.e. if you wash thoroughly, then flood the entire room. You liked the breakfasts, you sit down at the table and make an order. They bring everything and are not limited in quantity. The hotel itself is cool and everyone is very nice, they help in all matters. But if you want to swim, then you need to complete a quest here. The pool on the territory is direct, no one swims. But to swim in the sea, you need to go around in circles and get to another hotel. It is humiliating to ask for a towel and leave your card and put out bottles of water (we recall a cheap hotel in Egypt). Then go through the entire territory of the hotel and find a free sunbed, so that what? to get a muddy piece of the sea bay. The water is stagnant - there are plenty of animals. And the beach has super expensive food and water. And yes, you can go swimming once a day.
The hotel is new, a lot of design solutions, small 6 floors, so the next day everyone will already recognize you, they help you cordially in everything. A huge luxury bed and a terrace with a transparent balcony, furniture and we had a stunning view of the skyscrapers and Burj Khalifa, room 504. You only need to take this view - the reverse side is always in the shade and a view of the port and construction cranes. Yes, late music from bars nearby, prayer from the mosque in the morning - but we even liked the local flavor! We did not take food, 200 meters away is a wonderful Yara restaurant with a very high rating and reasonable prices by Dubai standards. Although we had lunch in Hayat 1 time, it was normal, it was delicious. To go to the beach, but it is not critical, and it is convenient that towels are given out and taken away there. There is a service on the sun beds, including alcohol. I took off the star for the fact that the bathroom has no door, and there is a glass window to the bedroom. What kind of perverted maniac came up with this?! I had to turn on the water and music so that the romance would not suffer))) but at night it was so-so. And the beach is not very clean, cigarette butts everywhere, lids, pistachio husks. You can smoke there, some smoke stinky cigars ((Yandex has a taxi, it charges from a Russian card (which cannot be said about the hotel, they are not accepted there) Blue Waters and Palm Trees are 40 minutes away during rush hour, and Dubai Mall is 15 minutes away.
We stayed at this hotel in mid-September and were satisfied with our stay here. The staff is attentive, smiling, will always help you with any request, there are a lot of Russian-speaking staff both at the reception and in the restaurant, which is very important without knowing English. The breakfasts are delicious, the pastries are incomparable.
Nice, modern hotel. The food is monotonous but delicious. The service is good. The hotel is located a ten-minute walk to the store where you can change money and buy food. It's a pity that there is no territory where you can walk. The pool is small. There is no beach of its own. Last year there were sunbeds with umbrellas on the public beach. We swam in this on the beach of a nearby hotel. We were at this hotel for the second time. I think that people who return to the same hotel again should be given a little more attention. In short, I recommend this hotel for a holiday.
I really liked the interior of the hotel and the room facilities. Now it's going to be one of my favorite numbers. It's practically new and everything is very modern. I also liked the service in the restaurant
There are pros and cons.On the plus side, it's still new, the staff is great, the restaurant is clean and delicious in the lobby and for breakfast.Of the cons, La Mer beach is closed, this is not natural for them, the pool is too small .The hotel itself turned out to be on the sidelines until La Mer Beach opens.
I really liked the Hotel itself (architecture, design solutions) everything is very modern, trendy, convenient. I don't know how long this haytt has been working, I rarely choose this hotel brand, precisely because of the complexity of perceiving it as a solution in interior design, here is an exception, but in this particular hotel the restaurant service "killed" the frankly weak staff, which, by the way, is a lot, but they don't work smoothly, who is in the woods, who for firewood. They also managed to put us on different floors with children, even though they are already adults, but they didn't even ask if it was normal for us. The final rating of the hotel is four stars, you need to work hard with the service.
PS
The location of the hotel is very calm, in the morning I heard the crowing of roosters from nearby houses 👍🏻
Stunning views from the rooms on both sides (city, sea)

A small cozy hotel on the beach. Beautiful modern rooms with everything you need. Very caring staff. For example, breakfast starts at 7 a.m., we went to a meeting and left 15 minutes earlier so that we could have time for morning excursions. They also gave a delicious little compliment of fruits and sweets, which was nice to find in the room. There is a rooftop restaurant with a magnificent view of the Burj Khalifa and delicious cuisine. A good location - on the one hand - La Mer beach, on the other - villas and a new residential complex (I recommend a walk, there is a good walking area and there are several good cafes in the residential complex), also a large supermarket and many small shops nearby. In general, it is cozy, quiet, calm, and about 10 minutes by taxi to the Dubai Mall. There is a small clean swimming pool. From the cons: you need to walk to the beach to the neighboring hotel, which is allowed by card, but it is forbidden to drink even your own water, you need to buy everything there; but this nuance does not overshadow the rest. I definitely recommend the hotel to visit.
Great hotel!
Minus - there is no private beach
Amazing breakfasts
+ the fact that the guests swim on the private beach of a neighboring hotel , I took the hotel only because it is with la mer beach , but the moment of arrival it turned out that the beach was closed as private and made municipal - and these are crowds of migrants 😅
The hotel has a small swimming pool overlooking the bay
Excellent fresh hotel, large rooms, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, you can visit the beach of the neighboring hotel for free 🩷
I liked the close location to the Dubai Mall. As well as cafes, a supermarket and shops within walking distance 👌🏻
The hotel has a good location. 30 min to the airport, 15 min to Dubai Mall, 5 min to the beach. A 6-storey building with a Japanese restaurant on the roof. There is a swimming pool and a gym. A very quiet area, as well as the hotel itself. The rooms are great. The service is super! Food order menu.
The kitchen is a complete delight! The veranda and the view of the water are beautiful . The service is beyond praise, everyone is nice, courteous and extremely polite.
Any request is fulfilled quickly, very many of the staff know Russian.
There are points that I would improve: the layout of the room, especially the sink in the mini corridor and the shower, is very peculiar and inconvenient to my taste, the temperature of the air conditioner in the room is quite cool, and despite our degree increases, the maid regularly changed the mode, so watch out for this and then you won't freeze.
The area is new , supermarkets should be searched in 10-15 minutes , and , of course, quite expensive .
Close to the city beach of La Mer, large, urbanized , trouble with changing rooms .a little walk through it, a lot of cafes.
A great little hotel. Clean, new, delicious breakfasts. I will also note a pleasant area with a swimming pool. I recommend it to everyone! I will return there more than once
A new hotel. The rooms are large and clean. The furniture and plumbing are new. The location is excellent, there are many establishments nearby and La Mer beach, which is a couple of minutes walk away. The breakfasts are on the menu, the choice is small, but all the dishes are very tasty and hearty. The staff is polite and always ready to help.

A new, nice hotel. We were here two times: in March 23, and in March 24.
Good repair, the rooms are small, the bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, a spacious balcony with furniture (minus: a fence made of transparent glass).
The pool is small, and most of the time it is in the shade. Among the disadvantages, in connection with the reconstruction of the beach, the hotel has removed its sun beds from the beach, so everyone who wants to lie on the sea on a sunbed can use the services of a neighboring hotel, he has an agreement with Hyatt. The beach is nice there.
Cards are taken at the reception, and with these cards you go to a nearby hotel, where you are given a beach towel.
The breakfasts at the hotel are not bad, the menu is quite varied, you will not stay hungry.
There were no complaints about the staff for both trips.
The breakfasts are great, my favorites are: avocado toast, Greek salad, French toast, royal toast))). The service is 5+. The check-out time was extended with a bonus. The staff is friendly and prompt, ready to help with all questions. The beach of the neighboring hotel this time, but I liked it even more than La Mer, due to the pools and the green area.
It's a great hotel, it's a pity that there is no private beach. We have to go to the next one
The views are beautiful, the breakfasts are generally on fire, very tasty, be sure to take it!
The breakfasts are custom-made, but you can order from the menu even though all the items are prepared for you personally and are very tasty, especially French toast! The beach is very close, across the street, Sun loungers are free, they give a bottle of cold water and towels. We went in October, the water was just hot, while the sand did not burn, it was slightly warm, which was surprising))) I liked the location of the hotel, there was a supermarket within walking distance where delicious food is sold, there is something "hot" from the end of the same building, there is a pedestrian walking area, cafes nearby. the hotel itself has a nice pool, sun loungers, everything is at the highest level! Tea, coffee, and water are free in the room. To the center 20 minutes by taxi. From the airport 30 minutes by taxi. I recommend the hotel.
A hotel with such good reviews. I drove without worrying about anything, knowing that 5 stars and Hyatt (after all, the name). I can't say that I'm picky, but.... Of course, as with everything, there are pros and cons. I'll start with a good one:
1. Delicious and high-quality food
2. Some individual staff members are very helpful and kind. They are smiling and trying to help. Thanks a lot to them! I'm ready to raise the ball for them! For example, we asked grandma to cook chicken broth in connection with her stomach disease, they went to meet us. They gave me a compliment several times at dinner in the form of freshly squeezed juices. It was nice!
3. Beautiful lobby, normal rooms, the only thing you need to clarify in advance is that you need a balcony, and this is an additional fee.
4. Dubai Mall is close by taxi
Minuses:
1. There is no private beach, you have to go to another hotel, 5-7 minutes. It's honestly very uncomfortable.
2. The service is generally terrible. I have to call 100 times and remind them to bring water, a shoe spoon, a fork, even a dental kit. And in general, everything is very, very long....We took dinner with us one day, we didn't eat it, the next day we came up and asked to warm it up, we refused, I don't know why, we don't heat yesterday's food.
3. More about the service: we came as a family, 2 rooms, they put us on different floors. And it's impossible to get from one floor to another if you don't have a card from that particular floor. We had to move to be on the same floor, to collect and disassemble things. Couldn't it have been done right away? They couldn't prepare our room until 20.00... nonsense
4. There is no Swedish line. The food is on the menu. Maybe it's not bad, but sometimes you want to get up and drink water, and not wait 5-10 minutes for it, the same applies to dinner, breakfast, sometimes they serve quickly, and sometimes for a very long time. The menu is interesting, but monotonous, on day 8 you don't want anything at all.
5. Once we went on an excursion, they asked us to put fruit with them (which we ordered), they put it like when we opened it, our guide even laughed, says what a nightmare. There are few fruits, they are already crumpled, apparently what we did not finish, we put it together.
6. There is nowhere to walk, the area is rotten.
I'm not going to this hotel anymore! I will not recommend it. I didn't like it! Dubai itself is cool, I really like the UAE vibe in general!
The hotel is nice, but it's in such a sad place. It's just a kick. The food is good, but the menu is not convenient and terrible. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is decent, as he said, but according to the menu. The beach is a so-so construction site all around. The location is really not convenient. The Pensioner 's hotel .
Great hotel, in a great location. Excellent cuisine, will take into account all your wishes. The staff is always ready to resolve any issues that arise. A birthday compliment from the hotel, very nice.
A great hotel, a little far from the Dubai Mall area and especially the Marina with a palm tree, but there is a great beach and a rooftop bar. We were during the World Cup, we liked everything very much. A small minus - the hotel is new, most taxi drivers do not know it, it is necessary to call the area La mayor, then they immediately understand everything. Across the street is the Osh bar, in which the entire Staff is Russian-speaking, hookahs and cigars cost horse money. At the same time, the quality of hookahs is such that I would do better at home on the balcony - plastic disposable hoses and tobacco dubble apple, no different from the Istanbul hookah. In the hotel itself, you can also order “shisha” in the evenings, but it is even worse than across the street, although cheaper. In the photo, only the transport at the hotel, there are no photos of the hotel itself, it was 4 months ago
I am delighted with this place , everything is as clean as possible , the only thing that is always a problem is finding a toilet 😁 2 footcourts , a bunch of different shops
Hotel 5* - new rooms, cozy and stylish.
Beautiful sea view.
The room has everything you need (hygiene products, iron, ironing board, coffee machine, kettle, etc.)
The staff responds to all requests as quickly as possible.
There is a Russian-speaking administrator :)
The hotel itself is good, the rooms are comfortable, there is a small beach nearby. But I didn't like the breakfasts and the restaurant. We went to places nearby (about 20 minutes on foot). I especially liked the Australian cafe
I am in love with this place ❤️ everything is at the highest level! There is no private beach, but there is free access to the beach club (300-400 m)
You can get to the city station across the street. Breakfast in a French restaurant. There is a Japanese restaurant on the roof overlooking the Burj Khalifa.
In general, very good. There is a beach with a private area through another hotel (they give a card for passage).
Cons:
- Breakfast is not in the buffet format. It is unclear what you take, the description is very short, there are no pictures in the menu. It's delicious, but the choice is meager.
- Perhaps not the most convenient location. It would be suitable for a beach format, but the hotel is not equipped to spend a lot of time in it.
I love it! A chic hotel. Gorgeous rooms. Near the beach with sun beds and umbrellas for hotel guests. They give out everything. Towels, water.
The hotel has an excellent swimming pool with a bar.
Beautiful view from the room.
The breakfast is amazing.
I love this place.
The hotel is very decent, the rooms are new, beautifully renovated, a separate plus a beautiful and tastefully furnished bathroom. La Carte breakfasts are very tasty and there is a variety.
Another plus is there is a nice beach nearby, with separate sun beds, an umbrella, water and towels from the hotel. I advise everyone.

A wonderful hotel! The service corresponds to five stars. The polite and friendly staff, always with a smile, is ready to solve any of your problems. There is no buffet. Breakfast menu (available in Russian). There is no private beach (La Mer is closed so far, they are sent to a nearby hotel according to maps, they were in April - there were a lot of free sunbeds). The location of the hotel is very convenient - 30 minutes by taxi and you are in the center (Downtown), 15 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 40 minutes to the Marina during rush hour, 30 minutes to the airport)
The rest turned out to be wonderful. The hotel room is also very comfortable, there are gels, shampoos, and a hair dryer. There is a kettle and coffee and tea sets in the kitchenette. The cleaning was consistent. The food is great, we liked it!
We are currently staying in a hotel. I will describe the pros and cons. So there are not very many reviews on this hotel, I hope mine will be useful to someone.
The hotel is new, the linen is clean, the cleaning is good. But all the windows and glass partitions in the hotel are dirty. We booked a room with a balcony, but it turned out to be closed with a partition and it was impossible to get out on it.
The pool is small, there are 20 sun beds. There are few people now because it is not the season And if there are more vacationers in the hotel, then there will be nowhere to lie.
There is no access to the beach and the sea. They are sent to the beach of a nearby hotel, which is a 10-minute walk away. It's terrible in the heat. At the entrance to the hotel they give towels, they don't give you water, you have to take it at your hotel. The beach is dirty, garbage and moss are floating in the water.
The food in the restaurant is not according to the buffet system, but to order according to the menu. This is for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is the same for lunch and dinner. After 5 days, it gets boring to eat the same thing, since the menu is not too diverse. You can choose 1 appetizer and 1 main course + dessert. But it's worth saying that the food is beyond praise. And delicious, and the serving is exquisite. The child had a separate menu and he could order only 1 dish from the list and ice cream (this despite the fact that his accommodation in the room costs the same as an adult)
It's boring at the hotel in the evening. There is not much territory, there is nowhere to walk. There are tables with sofas by the pool, but it's too hot outside and you don't want to sit.
That's kind of all I wanted to write about.
Great hotel. Very polite staff and great breakfasts. Your beach is across the street, you have to walk for 5 minutes. It doesn't bother.
The rooms are large. I liked everything very much .
The only drawback is that the menu for lunch and dinner is the same. It hasn't changed in 4 days.
Overall, we really liked it)
A great hotel! Great breakfasts! Convenient location! Excellent and trained staff! I have something to compare it with, I have been here twice, I will definitely come again!
