In 2018, the renovation of the common areas was completed. Good kitchens, toilets and washbasins. Plastic windows are installed in all rooms. The renovation in the rooms is old. There are 8 shower cabins in total, which are unrealistic to get into, and especially for hot water (with a shower, a big minus). The building has 9 floors and the elevator has not been working for a very long time, it is not very convenient.
