A wonderful city. Interesting streets and buildings. Wonderful people. Only good impressions of Mariupol and life on an Italian street in a house belonging to the university. A place where you want to come back!
I am writing with an emphasis on the fact that housing is very bad in Mariupol right now. Most builders in the city live in cabins. That is, there is practically no housing. This hostel belongs to the maneuverable fund, that is, people live in it who are waiting for their destroyed houses to be repaired. If there are places, the DPR Administration also sometimes allows volunteers, etc., working for the tasks of the city and the republic. Renovated building. Not everything is still working yet. In particular, the elevator has not yet been launched. But, there is water. Already on some floors there are boilers, washing machines. The sewer works. The rooms have bunk beds, small refrigerators. For the resurgent Mariupol, it is not just 5, but 5+. From the old building, only the staircase remained (it is in normal condition), everything else was restored, fresh repairs were made. Watchmen are working. Many thanks to all the builders, volunteers who repair and rebuild the city. This is an incredible labor feat! Low bow!
It's a wonderful hostel, although there are problems with hot water, but you need to look at things soberly, the city is recovering after the war, a little more time will pass and I think everything will be quite good. The rooms are clean and cozy. Mariupol is love forever
