I always place an order through the online store. Once again, picking up an order, I am slightly confused by the behavior of the employees. There is a feeling that
1. The client is not greeted, even if the greeting was initiated by the client himself.
2. Why ask customers what exactly they ordered? In general, can there be at least some privacy??? It turns out that when I open other people's orders and look for mine among them ... and I watch all this performance.... Maybe a passport or an order number is enough to identify the order?
In general, there are no questions about the quality of linen. But the attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired. Even in Milavica, the attitude is more pleasant…
