the toilet here is terrible, the places are very noisy, the bar is always open around the clock, the plane is flying, the breakfast is not good, it's not tasty, it's a little far from the subway

Nice hotel. Once one of the best, in 2014. But time takes its toll. Everything is tired.
The big disadvantage is the location, far from the center.
Otherwise, $150 for 2 nights for such a hotel is ideal.
