We stayed at this hotel at the end of May 2024, we liked it! It's a wonderful place. Green/colorful/beautiful.
We rented a small house without a kitchen. Towels, soap, brushes, paste, bed linen are available. There is no kettle, no dishes. Each house has a table and benches, a great place for breakfast/dinner.
There are houses with a kitchen.
We didn't take breakfast.
A place for active tourists.
There is a pizzeria within walking distance, where pizza costs 7-8 euros and such prices are about everywhere. There is a cool Panorama hypermarket next to the hotel. You won't be hungry. There is a cafe and a shop on site.
The pool was already working, but it was still cool to swim in it.
We arrived at the MP airport, took a bus to Mestre station (about 20 euros for two, something like our airbuses), then walked to the hotel, walking for 30 minutes.
The vacationers are mostly Europeans, but there are also ours. There is a paid (but much cheaper than public transport and taxis) scheduled shuttle service from the hotel to the island part of Venice. 2.5 euros per person per way.
Next time we will stop right there, I have not seen such prices, we are satisfied with the quality of accommodation, we booked through the Tinkoff service.

Great place! Very cozy quiet place, lots of Parking spaces, excellent breakfast (buffet type), although very far from the center

Transport accessibility is certainly not very good, but it is quiet and peaceful, there is a store inside, prices are no higher than in supermarkets, a budget vacation by the standards of Gelendzhik)) or Sochi
