The hotel itself is old, it's not good to clean, everything is as in the photo, only it's patched, in places it's obviously dirty, there is no hot water (sanctions or something ...), there is no sound insulation: you can hear both the street and the snoring-farting neighbor…

A good hotel, convenient location, very close to Sagrada Familia and Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau are some of the main attractions of the city. A good area, in the evening you can go jogging in the park, walk. The hotel itself is pleasant and small. The staff was very polite and pleasant, they prompted everything if necessary. Good varied breakfasts.

If a guest in the next room wants to take a shower at night, you will hear, and if he snores, too. Disposable slippers for the luxury hotel, bathrobes, of course, too) a shower tray with a curtain behind which everything goes numb and it treacherously sticks to you. If there is a shower stall, the presence of mold is the norm. And the price tag for such quality....doubtful. on the ground -1st floor. Your windows will look out into the courtyard- and you won't see the sun there. This will not affect the price.
+ there is an air conditioner (it would be strange if it wasn't)))))) A safe and quiet area, relatively close to the metro (yellow line and blue), near a beautiful hospital and 10-15 minutes walk from the most famous cathedral. The breakfasts are quite hearty (2 types of cheese, 2-3 cuts of meat, fruit (a little) omelette, fried bacon, yoghurts, muesli (3 options), coffee machine, water, (maybe I missed something)
"-"You always have to go down to the administrator for a hairdryer and on deposit (20 euros), safe deposit + 7 euros per day. The iron is a pledge.
Of all the administrators, it was nice to talk with the Russian-speaking Dmitry, who, better than any guide, can tell you in detail (where to change and where to turn), where you can drive yourself, where to go to see something....The locals rather just perform the functionality.
