You should not contact the manager of Merim Oralbek, this person will not pick up a hotel for you normally, and otherwise he will throw you off, he will not check in on time, but he will lie to you that the website is not working, the airline temporarily does not accept registration, etc., and no one can check in. In fact, you won't be checked in for the flight, and the company didn't have any problems, it's just that the manager isn't doing his job properly. Officially, I will write a claim and complaint about the service provided. And I will not contact this travel agency anymore, I will also separately emphasize the work of the hotline, the operator who allegedly made a mistake when he told us that we were registered for the flight and told us the seats. Contact normal travel agencies that value their customers, rather than working on a one-time basis.

We flew to Egypt for a family vacation (Sharm). Too many friends flew there on vacation and the reviews were mostly positive. Karlygash's manager did an excellent job with the selection of the hotel and met our budget. The area was well landscaped. The children really liked the beach at the hotel. We were a little afraid of the wind and that it would be cool - winter, after all… However, Karlygash took a responsible approach to this issue and chose a hotel where the wind is not felt. Among the disadvantages - it was a little noisy in the evening, the Internet didn't work well in some places, but these are small things :)
