This ancient cross-domed cathedral, surrounded by the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the Vere River Valley, turned out to be a real architectural and spiritual treasure.

A small monastery, like most in Georgia. At 11 o'clock the gates were opened. We were alone, but the abbot opened a stone temple for us. I am pleased with the new concrete road to the monastery. But you have to be careful about the drains on the road - it's worse than speed bumps.
