A very uncivilized and rude waitress. We were in Tashkent, we came from Kazakhstan to show 2 daughters the beauty of Tashkent (zoo, pilaf Besh Kozon, etc.). We arrived for one day, walked around the city on foot. In the evening, after visiting the zoo, we decided to have dinner and then go home to Shymkent. We went to a cafe near the Xovli zoo. The kitchen is delicious, the waitress is a young girl who served us well done!!! The most interesting thing began when they paid the bill at 20.00 and decided to order a Yandex taxi to go to the border at the Chernyayevka post. No one took a taxi for 30-40 minutes. We were sitting in a cafe and waiting. The head waitress came up several times and asked why we were sitting. I told her that we were waiting for a taxi. There were a lot of empty seats, we didn't bother anyone. But she started being rude and was unhappy with her displeased appearance!!!! She acted very uncultured and inhumane!!! I don't know her name. Unable to maintain such an attitude, my wife and 2 minor daughters, we went outside and stood tired on the street and waited for a taxi. I think such people should not work in catering!!! I hope the owner of this wonderful establishment will see this review and take action!!! My family really liked the cafe and the kitchen!!!! The visit time is at 18.30 in the evening on 08/22/24.

The atmosphere is just great, on the second floor there are tables-a yacht that you can take off your shoes and you can sit quietly with friends
