Not a bad neighborhood. The territory is closed. There are parking lots and places for recreation on the territory. There is a store. I like. Not far from Minsk.

Don't buy apartments here! Everyone (A100, the management of the residential complex) does not care about the residents. Elevators have not been working in all buildings on Morskoy Rif Street for 2 months. Allegedly, the cables were worn out, haha 3 times. Starting from April 1, the last connection to Minsk is being removed (minibus 1499 will not stop at the Kryzhovka bus stop)!
