I had a rest from June 14 to June 23, 2019.They put me in room 19, first floor. The only plus is that the room is quiet, as the windows partially overlooked the restaurant (on the side)This is where the advantages of this hotel end.In my room, tap water was constantly flowing and dripping on the floor, I had to use one of the towels so that there would be no puddles.The side of the toilet bowl filled with water for 10 minutes, while there was a terrible hum.There is mold on the side seams in the bathtub. I applied for plumbing repairs, but they began to correct these shortcomings exactly on the eve of my departure. The food in the restaurant is edible, but there is a very small selection of dishes and the queues were terribly annoying.The hot dishes were placed in one place, although the restaurant's area and equipment allow you to place the same dishes in different places.The bed linen has not been changed in 10 days, only towels once.The beach is generally a separate topic.
It is about 1 km away.I have not seen it cleaned more than once.Piles of seaweed and all sorts of shit.It can be seen that the presence of a port nearby affects.The sun beds are all bent.My whole body aches after lying down.The mattresses are very old, there are torn ones, but they are not enough for everyone.There is nothing but alcohol and beer in the bar on the beach.Mostly Arabs spend their holidays with large families.The hotel pulls on a bad 3*

We arrived at this hotel about 3 nights, you know that in Tunisia a tourist fee is charged, it is equal to 2 dinars per day, but no more than 7 days, then free of charge. This is, respectively, in 7 days for 2 dinars - 14 dinars per person, two of us are 28 dinars (the fixed rate is 1 dinar 21 rubles), take the calculator and count. This is how strange it is necessary to pay immediately, we were told at the hotel, the change rooms at the hotel do not work at night. I was CHARGED € 13 for two, $ 15 from friends (the course was 75 at the current time and 65 correspondingly). AT night from the road, you realize that you are not up to this calculation, only then you realize that you were deceived when you checked in. Further "better". We are all human beings and everything connected with natural needs is not alien to us. After entering the room, people go, some to the toilet, some to the shower. Apart from the fact that half of the light bulbs in the room are not lit and there is only one set of towels in the room. Let's move on. In this hotel, in the bar, they do not hesitate to dilute vodka and whiskey with water (you will say, the athlete drinks, I am drunk.The category "Masters" is a veteran sport, someone who was previously engaged in former masters of sports, first-graders and not only just people, sportmen who connected their lives with sports, I'm 40) Take a whole bottle, leave with you. At the same time, the bottle is already swirled open. Any normal Russian man will immediately see it and understand the taste. This was noticed by many vacationers from many parts of our country.The only beer they have is good, tasty, pleasant, there are kegs, there is no dilution. The only plus. They look at you in the bar as an enemy, with hostility, making it clear give me money. Here is another one of the nuances. Coming to the bar, ordering local Tunisian tea or cola and telling me 2, they only say one. Telling them this to my girlfriend or child in (pure English), they reply that they can only have one glass or a glass, bring them here. Complete nonsense. I'm tired of writing sorry. Believe me, what I wrote to you could be the person who was in this lame hotel. Guys, I don't recommend it to anyone.I've been to a lot of places Turkey and Egypt are just paradise, not to mention Cyprus.I'm not hiding, I can justify my view on a vacation in Tunisia to anyone you want. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We have been vacationing with our daughter since August 26, 2019.. We stopped by in the evening and went to the room after a while all the lights went out, I went and reported it, but no one even came to see what happened, they never got there all the time. In the morning we went to breakfast and met a huge cockroach in the lobby. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner is a race for a place, food and dishes, then there is no food, then there is no food. The service is terrible, it feels like I came to their house to live for free, the alcohol is all diluted with more than 60% water. Food and drinks if you come up again may be refused, like you've already been, all inclusive is not valid.Russian Russian is not spoken by many of the staff, but to praise the Russians for their sweet soul, they show no respect for the Russians. This hotel is a hostel for locals.When the cleaning was done, all the towels were taken away, and not one clean one was returned. You can talk endlessly about this hotel, but there is not one advantage. The sea is too far away for 10-15 minutes at a slow pace. The sun beds by the pool have already been packed since the evening, there are not enough sun beds on the beach either. The only plus is the sea is clean. The hotel must also pay extra to those who eat in this hellhole.

I liked the rest in Tunisia in general, the 4* hotel is normal, everything suits us, the service in the restaurant is at the highest level, the animators are super, our friends, 300 meters to the sea, I wanted the beach to be cleaner, but quite normal, the sand is super white, super soft as flour,the hotel rooms are average More or less, maybe we'll go back there again

The hotel itself is not bad...the rooms have a bathroom, and the bathroom is spacious.nice cozy balconies.the lobby of the hotel is very pleasant and stylish...there are Russian channels, and the food prepared by the Arabs is tolerable...But the number of rooms is something!!!rooms after previous tenants are cleaned only if required, and perhaps more than once, the bed linen was in someone else's hair

We had a rest in October 2019. Apparently, the hotel was once a 4-star hotel. I wouldn't bet now. The room was given a good one, but the bathroom is in terrible condition. Black spots, an unpleasant sight. The shower is not working properly. When asked to fix it, the answer is no locksmith. The cleaning is weak - dust, sand was not cleaned. The food was good, but there was a shortage of appliances. The animators did well, they gave their best. The rest of the staff is not particularly friendly. In general, 4 stars, as stated, clearly does not deserve.

The hotel itself is not so bad. They said there are cockroaches, we have not noticed, ttt. The furniture is old, the smell of dampness is there! In June, for 3x - 65 thousand they gave away with all meals-it's not bad even for this amount)the hotel has its own beach, but both the beach and the sea are filthy to the point of outrage! The food is normal, the meat is different, but only watermelon and melon are abundant from fruits, once a week they can give something from a series of peaches, oranges, but they are quickly disassembled, 89.9% do not even know what they were given. Drinks - jupi (it's like orange juice), sprite, cola, schweppes, mirinda. Alcohol of local bottling from which you do not get drunk)))) Animation for children is good.

It would be all right. The food is quite good. But why put turmeric in all the dishes in a row? So as not to taste it? And of course they don't care much about vacationers.but not their own (when their fellow citizens came to them for the weekend, you should have seen the tables where everything was breaking down and fruits appeared not from our table.....).And their local national drinks liqueurs were offered only for payment, (and in treshka that year it was the other way around)everything else is non-drinkable and bodied. So think about it. And this is 4. The room is passable.
Bottled water of 1 liter is provided on demand.For some reason, it is 0.5 for its own (and it has no taste. tastier.)
Well, RECEPTION is a separate topic. He almost doesn't understand Russian.(I resolved the issue immediately by contacting the hotel manager). WIFI is super. It works practically throughout the hotel and is free of charge.

I didn't like the hotel: we cleaned up two times in 10 days, we took the towels ourselves, after two reminders at the reception, the food will do, but there is a big minus: soda, diluted juices, which is not very useful, mainly melons and watermelons from fruits. There are mainly huge Arab families vacationing, but there are also Russian speakers. What's five is a children's animation!!! The boys are doing well, they are trying. Of the 10 days we spent outside the hotel, 5: go to Carthage, two-day Sahara, Sidi Bou Said, etc., we went to get acquainted with the history.

The hotel does not pull at all on its 4 *, max 3*
The language of communication at the hotel is English, French, Arabic, some people know Russian. There is only one boy at the reception who knows!
We rested there from 6.09 with a child of 5 years old, the first week we ate almost nothing but vegetables, because all the rest of the food was very spicy. Mussels were served from seafood only once, but we didn't get them, there was a fish full of bones and that's it! A meager and monotonous menu. By the second week, we were already used to food and knew what was more or less edible!
There is no children's menu in the hotel, although it is stated!!!
There were watery watermelons, melons (sometimes sweet) from fruits, grapes and hard plums were given in the second week, peaches were 2 times. When they tasted the sweet, they began to take only 2 types, the rest is all sweetly artificial.
The service certainly leaves much to be desired!
There was a day when we were not given towels, I came to the reception. The boy was leaving with his head, he said we'll fix it. And that's it! On the second day in the morning, silence came again! And only after lunch, when I went to the manager, only then there were towels for 20 minutes. The story with towels is very bad-they are taken away at 10 a.m., and clean ones are brought only after 16.00. Therefore, I had to hide at least one thing and brought it with me too, because before the trip I read the reviews of vacationers.
Animation! There is one for vacationers by the pool! But we came to the sea, so we saw the animation only in the evening. In 2 weeks, we learned the entire repertoire of children's animation, because it was still interesting. Adult animation sucks! Some contests-the best couple, Miss hotel, Mr. hotel, karaoke and disco! They have a hard time with music! They are mostly local, from Russians, Loboda "your eyes" and Bilan "hold" were twisted to nausea
, The animators are sociable and smiling, but as they say themselves, this is our job. Momo and Kolyusha know Russian, the rest only English. Children's animators Emma and Shuko don't know Russian at all! Children's animation in English and French!
The Algerians contingent! Who are not very worried about the peace of mind of other vacationers! They leave garbage everywhere, in the dining room, by the pool, smoke EVERYWHERE, even if there are children nearby! Let's just say our Russian vacationers were angels, which is strange in itself!
The sea! This is the only thing that pleased the soul for all 2 weeks! The plan is 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel, we were satisfied! The beach is dirty, but as I was told in Tunisia, it's like this everywhere. It didn't bother us. In the morning, the water was clear, after lunch, garbage washed up from the sea. There is no bar on the beach, everyone carried it with them. The sun beds are finished, there were enough places, there are no mattresses)
We went to the beach of the hotel opposite Marina Beach, there was always a place there, they also had a paid bar.
Yasmin Hammamet himself is very handsome! A magnificent promenade! There are a lot of summer cafes in the evening, the prices are optimal, some have live music! Everything is on fire, just a fairy tale!
We went to the Medina, nothing special- it's a bazaar and there's a bazaar in Africa, Chinese trash. All purchases home were made in Joyce stores with a horse on the logo. A 10-minute walk from the hotel. From the hotel to the right, cross the road on the ring and go straight all the time, past the Chishkhan hotel (I don't remember how to spell it in English)
We went to the amusement park "Cartag lend" with the child and were very satisfied! Children's rides are as old as the world, like a steam train. But there were adult attractions, children were allowed on them only with a height above 120cm, we were lucky) Both are satisfied!
The entrance to this park is at the exit of Joyce's store, to the right and across the street. It's very close! Go to the elephant statues and turn right. You can buy a discounted ticket at the ticket office if you take several parks together. Attractions and a water park of 60 dinars, as far as I remember. Separately, the attractions are 45 dinars.
Of the excursions, we were only in the Sahara! And it was the best 2 days on vacation) Take it, you won't regret it! We rode jeeps, went to the filming location of the movie "star wars", rode camels, saw where the Berbers live, the very terrain of the Sahara is amazing! It's insanely beautiful and not very hot. We went on September 12-13.
For girls, a separate paragraph is cosmetics! Take everything! The quality is excellent-creams, masks, shampoos, clays! People who are not on vacation in Tunisia for the first time, constantly take cosmetics, so I advise you.
I don't recommend the hotel for sure! I don't even want to go to Tunisia anymore. The country is poor and dirty, like all Arab countries. But for a change, it's worth going to Tunisia, just choose a better hotel!
