Shift on 03/25/2025 at about 18.00. 3 guys.
I go to the cashier and ask for 2 banana tarts and a large cocoa. We've run through it, and I've paid for it. The tarts were given almost immediately, but I stood and waited for cocoa for 10 minutes. Everyone has already been served after me, but I'm standing. In the end, I couldn't stand it and asked where my cocoa was. There was no response, the guys just looked at each other, tried to find something in the orders, but he was already 5 people ago. They didn't find anything, apparently they made me a little cocoa. Seriously? I paid for the big one. She asked me to redo it. Redone it. Upset, I took it, but it's a little warm. I didn't have the strength to swear yet. Of course, no one apologized to me, they gave it away in silence, like fish. It's very frustrating that this happened and that there should be one item in the receipt so that 3 guys can remember it and give it back on time. I'm not going there anymore, alas.

Apparently, there was an unpleasant shift (19.01.2025 at about 16:00), consisting of three young people: two guys and one girl. They weren't interested in the work, so I stood waiting for them to chat, for at least someone to come to the checkout and take the order.
As a result, one of the guys finally sent the girl to the checkout, but the girl was not interested in accepting the order, so she grabbed the words "Drag" to turn around and leave

The girl (apparently an intern) said we couldn't. Then I asked if I could get some orange juice (I was standing behind the girl), a double espresso, syrup and ice, and make a drink. The restaurant is decorated in Slavic style. It is convenient to hold large events here, with a large number of guests, if desired, there are areas for a small company - booths. The menu is varied and the dishes are perfectly cooked! Very tasty pickles, pickled and homemade meat products. The pork just melted in my mouth. The waiters are polite, pleasant in communication and in service! A compliment from the restaurant - each guest was greeted with music and presented with a branded alcoholic drink! Our holiday took place in January, it was a little stuffy, I think in the summer months there is an opportunity to walk around the well-groomed territory and get full enjoyment. I recommend it!

If you suddenly want to purchase a so-called "milkshake", then I strongly recommend that you do not do this. It's not even about my expectations, but the fact that the composition of the cocktail, literally - a huge amount of water, a tiny spoonful of cocoa dissolved in milk, and my favorite taste of all nuts (there were almonds in the cocktail) in the hotfix is marzipan. Two stars for pleasant employees.

we bought pomegranate-flavored puree tea yesterday. I still didn't understand what was there from the grenade. terrible chymosa. I took a sip and couldn't clear my throat until the evening. even my husband, who is rarely dissatisfied with drinks, could not drink. poured right next to the hippo, t k for 4 rubles to go and spoil the mood did not want to. in general, you can just pour washing powder into your mouth and it's not a fact that there will be the same terrible sensations. the girl behind the cash register feels like she is in captivity with the owner and is working off some debts) 2 points for cherry punch. from the cherry there is only the name, but at least you could drink it)

At the last visit to the Hotfix on Vanneva (07/23/2022), two flat-whites were ordered (the volume should have been 250 ml, judging by the menu at the top behind the counter). As a result, we received two cups that were not filled to the end. They are filled by about 2/3, or even less. There was a question to the seller. He replied that at the exit it is not possible to cook flat white in a volume of 250 ml and it always turns out less. They did not argue with the seller. But before, when buying a flat white, the cup was almost full. And there were no questions. So it looks more like a joint of a particular employee.
Either observe the volume indicated in the menu, or do not specify 250ml in the menu if the output is up to 200 ml. (A photo before drinking coffee is attached).

At least the staff was expected to say "hello" in response

Next, I was served by women who are clearly not frequent visitors.
Again, the guy started almost clucking and asking rude questions incorrectly.
