It's a great place, the coffee is always delicious, they make it fast. There were no problems with baking either, everything was fresh and delicious, the staff was friendly and courteous. The atmosphere makes you spend more time)
It's a pity that not everyone appreciates their work and leaves garbage behind, but it's all fixable by the staff of the institution.

Very tasty tea and coffee! The donuts are gorgeous and not greasy in oil, which is very cool! The service is excellent, they recommend really delicious food) next time I will try eclairs, they are very well praised :)

I hasten to share my acquaintance with the wonderful establishment of the Hotfix.
Very tasty coffee at affordable prices. Among other things, there is a fairly rich assortment of goodies to choose from.
The staff of this institution are great fellows and try very hard. They make my favorite drink quickly and efficiently. They are very friendly and responsive. The service is at the highest level.
I would like to express my special gratitude to the wonderful barista Elizabeth. Her coffee is especially delicious, and her smile is sincere.

I decided to drink coffee. The queue is huge, and only 1 cashier works (although there are 3 of them at the counter). The other 2 are standing at the counter and talking about their own. The employee makes orders very slowly, but those 3 look at the visitors as if they are doing a favor in the form of coffee. There is also a paper "cringe" button at the checkout. Two employees discuss orders, giggle and click on this "button". What kind of horror and humiliation of visitors is this??? Your hospitality is "good".
You also have very dirty tables and it feels like they are not being wiped at all. I will never go to your eateries again! I do not recommend it to anyone!

Slow maintenance. There are three employees at the counter, there is a huge queue of people and while one makes an order, the rest just stand and talk, instead of taking people further. Very dirty tables. There is a feeling as if they have not been wiped all day.
The workers have a paper "cringe" button at the checkout, and when the order was being paid, a second employee approached one of the employees (who, for some reason, was without a badge), they grinned together and one of them pressed this button. To clarify: this employee has light curly hair and glasses.

This is some kind of sur! The girls behind the bar are standing with such faces as if they are doing a favor by serving people, the coffee is disgusting, and the rolls are half raw... The last time I came was in January, and everything was fine... I'm sorry, of course, but such people should not work in the service sector if they can't smile, I understand everyone's mood is different, but this is their job..
