I like to come here for a delicious latte and author's "Raffaello" before work 🥰
I'm waiting for my order for about 5 minutes, if not less.
There's been some turnover lately, baristas are changing. And the coffee may taste strange. But most of the time, let's just say, I'm lucky in this regard. However, a couple of times I came across a terribly cooked latte, it upset me 🥴

I ordered an ice moccachino, while waiting I stood watching how coffee was made, the girl got confused and made hot coffee, told this to another barista girl and they apparently came to the conclusion not to redo the coffee, but just take it and pour it into a glass with ice) After giving me the order, I told the girl that they had made the coffee wrong, but they began to prove to me that everything was right. As a result, I asked for a refund or to redo it, they agreed that they made me lemonade)
And it would be worth admitting your mistake and there would be no bad review)

My favorite coffee shop. Not expensive. A wide variety of drinks. High-quality service. You can add any syrup from the assortment and it will turn out delicious.

Fresh-squeezed orange juice. It is always on the menu but never in stock. Employees are mostly low-skilled, often not customer-oriented! They can stupidly go about their business during a work shift!

A very un-clientable barista. They calmly asked about the drinks available, and answered very rudely with a clatter. Maybe the cafe is good, but the staff did not satisfy.

Из всех заведений, находящихся в Атриуме, я выбрала это кафе. Интересная выпечка и кофе Рафаэлло. Такое удовольствие. Вежливые девочки, стараются быстро обслужить. Я довольна.

A good selection of hot drinks. I really like tea based on fruit puree. There are different types of coffee and even with pepper. In the evening, when there is a stream, there is a big queue of people.

Сервис хороший, донеры вкусные, цены сносные. Единственный вопрос по поводу выдачи кофе. Когда большой поток людей, девушка быстро делает заказы и выставляет все стаканчики на стол выдачи, при этом многим говорят придти через 5-7 минут. В итоге когда приходишь за заказом, стоит несколько стаканов и она не понимает, где чьё. Но это не критично, кофе вкусный)

Мало того, что у них меньше, чем за год цены поднялись больше, чем на 50%, так ещё и некоторые десерты стали по 3,6!
