A good hotel. One that I managed to get through to and book a room. The hall is beautiful. The staff is helpful and courteous. There is a restaurant, spa, billiards. There is a large parking lot with canopies, which is necessary in the summer. The room is spacious. Everything you need to eat. The cleanliness in the room is good. Cleaning and updating towels every day. Now about the sad part. The price of all this is overestimated by 20-25 percent. But it's like that everywhere. You're not going anywhere. Moreover, there are few alternatives. I recommend it in general.

I'm in hotels, they didn't turn it off. Cleaning every day. The staff is polite. But breakfast is expensive - 900 rubles, and the restaurant is open from 10 o'clock. You just want to have coffee in the morning, it won't work.

Two years ago I had a rest at the Druzhba hotel! I really liked everything. The room was neat, clean, and cozy. The bed is soft, large). Delicious breakfasts) Oatmeal, cottage cheese casserole) I was especially impressed by the painting opposite the bed. She was colorful) There were rays of the sun on it)) the mountains, the fields are lilac, green, the sky is blue with a white haze and the dawn, the rays descending on the fields. There was an illusion of space in this painting. It seemed that if I got out of bed and took a step forward, I would find myself among these fields and plunge into this dawn))
As of today, the early booking service is not working. This upset me very much and I could not come to this hotel again.

If you compare with similar hotels in other cities, that is, for a lower amount per room and with breakfast and a gym. Maybe it's not bad for Lugansk, but there is a lot to grow. Of course, the overall impression is positive, everything is clean, the room is cleaned as expected by the norms, everything is working properly and there are air conditioners in each room, which is important at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. Prices are unreasonably high, as almost everywhere in the LPR/ DPR - there is demand for housing, but there is almost no market - many hotels are closed, or they simply post sheets that there are no places. There are no price tags almost everywhere, they write to check with the administrator. Apartments for private individuals are also disappointing, something more or less tolerable with a water heater (or gas column) - 5k and above.
It sounds like a business idea, those who are inspired are waiting for a thumbs up under the review.

There wasn't even a holate for the semi-suite. The bathroom floors were not very clean. In the shower cabin, the shower is embedded in the wall and cannot be removed, thereby creating more inconvenience for bathing and there is no ordinary faucet in the shower. Breakfast is not included in the price, so that you understand the room costs 6000. I haven't seen this for a long time. Parking is paid, although it is located on the territory of the hotel. We took a suite on the 2nd floor. The experience is not very good for the suite. It doesn't look like a suite. The bed is small. My wife was sleeping diagonally, and a wooden piece was in the way in her legs. The chairs are upholstered but without holes. I had to go to the reception for the second slippers. The ceilings are low, as in other things in all hotels built in the USSR. I bought a bottle of wine at the restaurant, no sweets, no chocolate. Вёз гуманитарку, пришлось заночевать в Луганске.
Остановились случайно в ней.
Номера чистые, убраны.
Персонал очень вежлив, дружелюбные и отзывчивые девушки.
Есть стоянка для авто, я там ставил машину, это входит в счёт.
Не дорого. Одноместный номер с подселением обошёлся мне+напарник в 3900
Был приятный бонус - завтрак, также входит в счёт.
Скоро опять поеду, заброниркю номер заранее))))

Был в полулюкс и люкс. Нет классического стола для работы. В остальном все хорошо. Балкон в каждом номере, удобно. Персонал все разъясняет, горничные почему то прячутся )
Несколько ресторанов. 900 за завтрак, выигрывает подача и сервировка еды, дружелюбный коллектив, был удивлен тем, столик обслужен аж тремя сотрудницами.
Категорически рекомендую этот комплекс.

Заехали на 1 ночь переночевать после долгой дороги. Предварительно позвонили узнать есть ли номер на 2 человек. По телефону ответили есть, цена 4500. Нас устроило и приехали в гостиницу. За час что мы ехали, номер подорожал на тысячу. Администратор объяснила тем , что за 4500 номер уже заняли. Остался полулюкс за 5500. Заплатили, пришли в номер упали спать. Кровать полуторка, одеяло односпальное. Спали с мужем валетом, на вокзале я думаю было бы не хуже. Ночь прошла ужасно. Утром зашла на сайт отеля посмотрела номера и оказывается мы вдвоём ночевали в одноместном стандарте за 3500, а не в полулюксе за 5500. Обратилась к администратору с вопросом как так? Эта хамка стала продолжать доказывать, что мы спали в полулюксе. Фамилию свою говорить, отказалась, когда приходит директор не ответила, сказала, что не знает. Мой вывод: так девочка устроила себе дополнительный заработок. Никому не советую этот «отель».

Отличное отношение к гостям. Персонал выше всех похвал. В номерах чисто, только одноразовые наборы слишком малы, и завтрак не включён, чайник в комфорт просить пришлось.,в люксе был. Ресторан просто шикарен! Всё, что заказывали-было очень вкусно, спасибо повару!

Очень рекомендую, номера чистые, уютные, персонал вежливый и доброжелательный, еда вкусная, но дороговато, порции маленькие, нет шведского стола, но завтрак в целом норм. Если весь день питаться в ресторане гостиницы, то примерно выйдет как стоимость еще одного номера за сутки)). и в целом общепит в Луганске работает до 8 вечера, поэтому если кто хочет покушать позже, об этом нужно подумать заранее, в номер после 20 часов ни ресторан, никакая доставка в городе ничего не привезет.
