Pleasant hosts, good atmosphere.
Minuses:
Noisily. In particular, because friends are lying to the owners to come and they will have fun all night. Although they know perfectly well that they have guests and poor sound insulation.
Wine is TWICE as expensive as downstairs. I'm glad we didn't buy anything there.
Otherwise a pleasant, well-located place
