A nice two-room room (the three of us went with our son), comfortable beds, clean linen, the TV is working - it's fun to watch movies in Arabic, a hairdryer was brought on request, cleaning every day. Minus - the windows overlook the road, so it's noisy, but we walked a lot, so the tired fell asleep quickly, well, earplugs to help you. There are cockroaches in the hotel - they saw one, then for two days the smell of dichlophos was felt (apparently poisoned). The buffet is modest - oatmeal, olives, boiled eggs, yoghurts, rolls, butter, jam, triangles of melted cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, but no one was left hungry (in general, there was trouble with breakfasts in Morocco, they were acceptable in riads in Fez and Chefchouan). A couple of days is quite acceptable for this money, the main thing is clean. Near the square, cathedral, League Park, 30 minutes walk to the mosque, 20 minutes to the train station.
Good location in the center. The disadvantage is a very small parking lot in front of the hotel, in fact it is part of the road that was fenced off for three cars. There is also a very poor breakfast.
