Everything was as stated. Clean, neat, everything worked. There is enough in the room, in economy class. The staff is polite and helpful. They were allowed to leave the bags in the pantry until the evening, before departure. I took off one ball for the slippery floor in the shower and bathroom. A mat is needed! Both in the shower and in the bathroom. I had to throw a towel on the floor, otherwise you can slip and get hurt very easily. Everything else is OK. Near the Avlabari metro station. Cafe. The SPAR store. The Sulfur Baths are a 20-minute walk away.

An ordinary hotel in the city center, the price is average , clean and cozy , next to a cafe on the ground floor , everything is delicious. The only disadvantage is that there is no elevator and you have to climb the steep stairs to the 3rd floor.
